Had breakfast at Flap Jacks on 321 in Gatlinburg. Had the Elkmont Egg Breakfast and substituted the pancakes for a waffle (with an upcharge which we thought was a little crazy since we traded 2 pancakes for 1 waffle and charged an extra $4.00) but in the end it was much cheaper to go this route since I an a light breakfast eater. Also had the chocolate chip pancakes and an order of hash brown casserole (note that they told us the casserole had onions in it but it definitely...
Andrew was a really great server, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was inviting! We had a 30 minute wait, so we checked out the nearby shops. Overall, it was a really great visit!
I got the country fried steak and it was absolutely delicious. Tender, juicy, and nicely fried. Pancakes were great, but the real star of the show was the hash brown casserole. Cracker Barrel who? I don't know him. Our waitress was super friendly and on the ball. Excellent experience.
