My mom and I ended up with severe food poisoning after eating here this past weekend. Bathrooms were untidy and next to the kitchen so it smelled near the front room. 100% disappointed

I tried the roast beef and was extremely let down. It was very salty and inundated with brown gravy. They did take it off my bill without me requesting it though. I only said I could not eat it because it was too salty. The best thing about the visit was the view as we got a window seat overlooking the river.

We sat outside and they were very accommodating. Right next to the sound of a brook and great weather. Andy was our server and did a fantastic job! Catered to our every need and because of that we had to leave this review. Food (steaks) was phenomenal. We will be back, thanks Andy and crew! Want the recipe for the mushrooms!

We had the extreme platter appetizer, and the onion rings breading was falling off. The waitress bugged us a little to much. Plus the nachos toppings wasn't enough. But..... The atmosphere was beyond awesome 👍😎

Wow what a disappointment. Apparently flavor is not on the menu! You can tell they just get all their stuff from either PFS or Sysco. Holy cow...on my worst day with a head cold I can make better food. The onion rings were limp and greasy, the French dip meat was dry and hard and flavorless, and the au jus could have been hot water with brown food color. Absolutely they should be ashamed of themselves for serving that slop. Pure laziness. I have one kitchens. I have 2 children who are chefs and one was with me and we were just baffled how they could serve that food with any sense of pride.

We frequented this establishment during our 6 day stay in the area. We found room at the bar to eat and drink each time. The service from the bartenders was impeccable. There always seemed to be a wait for a table, although we never got one. All of the food we ordered was delicious and brought out hot and fresh. The drinks were amazing. Football was always on to watch. Just a great place to hang out when the streets were overcrowded in Gatlinburg.

Amazing atmosphere, quiet, unique. I tried the steak appetizer, it was delicious just a little fatty. The salad would be amazing without the crunchy sticks on it, & the apples are delicious. I would definitely recommended. My husband loved his pulled pork with coleslaw and apples.
