I can tell you, unless it was an off day, this was not like any bbq I have ever had.
Everything except for the smoked sausage was mush, almost like it was water logged.
No seasoning just smoke flavor, and barely that.
The people were very friendly, but not what I was expecting.
I smoke my own briskets, ribs, and shoulders, but I like to try bbq from different areas on vacation.
Super disappointed. 😐

In the mood for BBQ and the Hungry Bear just happened to be the first BBQ restaurant we saw and so very happy it was there! We had wonderful pulled pork sandwiches which were some of the most tender we ever had! Will definitely make this a regular stop!
