My hot wife and I stopped in Gatlinburg and ate here today. Food was really good, service was fast and friendly. The food arrived surprisingly fast!
Now the bad… sign at the entrance “No weapons” really singer of “try that in a small town?!” So, I’m a rule breaker and, as always, was armed.
Then we went to the gift sore on the first floor. Hot wife picked some things out, I go to pay… No cash allowed, we only accept credit cards. What the hell?! No weapons and cash is no good? I told the cashier it seems like this place is trying to go commie.

The food and atmosphere do not disappoint at Jason Aldean's restaurants. The Gatlinburg location was great food and service. Had a table by the open window.

This is a nice place. Food was good. The loaded nachos were real good. The only disappointment was the price of beer. One single can of Beer was $11. Sorry, that was the highest place by far that we had beer in Gatlinburg during our stay. This is almost NFL game prices.

Recently went to Jason Aldeans bar! The food was absolutely fantastic! And the view was wonderful. However, our experience with our server was lackluster. She was pretty short with us the entire time. And did not bring us all of the drinks that we had ordered. When we asked to have the drinks removed or just verify that they weren’t on the bill, She became very short with us. After already providing kind of curt service initially, and not introducing herself until we asked for her name twice. I hope Britain has a better day next time! It also could’ve been that it was hot, maybe late in her shift. But it kind of ruined the experience for us.

We went here for the roof top view. Which was beautiful. Also could see what was going on down the parkway. Service had to go to the bar and get it yourself but it was quick service. They had a band playing and the music was very good.

Excellent venue for live country music, friendly atmosphere. I have visited nightly while in Gatlinburg, best way to unwind at the end of the day

Great location. Food was good and we didn't have to wait long. Service was friendly. Atmosphere was fun and loved sitting overlooking the street. they also have a more open roof top area at was playing music. Everything was a solid 4 star and when we are back in the area we will hit it again.

We ordered the loaded nachos (forget the name of them on the menu) from the appetizers menu. It was way, WAY overpriced and was very unsatisfied. Tasteless. The kettle chips tasted awful, the cheese had zero flavor, the pulled pork was mediocre at best. For almost $19. We ate less than a 1/4 of the portion and the the rest out.... NOT RECOMMEND! At least for food and drinks

Sorry but $17 for a 6oz margarita is too much. The much hyped nachos were rather plain. They needed way more cheese sauce and we used about a whole bottle of the barbq sauce.

Had a great time in the roof top during the UT/GA game SEP 2025. Great service and great weather. Drink prices were a little steep IMO.

We visited Gatlinburg this weekend and Jason's was the first restaurant we ate at. It was good. The waiters were nice and very tentative. A little pricey but we expected that being that Gatlinburg is a tourist town. Good place to watch sporting events, plenty of space and tvs.
