I walk up greet door guy (whatever he does) he greets me back and as I approach the stairs he immediately starts reprimanding me to step back there is a safety emergency as they bring down someone they have obviously over served. I walk to a bench and sit in front of the restaurant as I hate to get reprimanded. Sit there for 15 mins ask if I’m able to go into the store for a sticker. Told I have an attitude and to leave the property. Disappointed feel like Jason’s first wife.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Was excited to get some drinks, first time in Gatlinburg. I was able to have 1 beer the during my visit, our server Ines completely ignored us, barely talked to us. Food was good, nothing special. Crazy that this is probably the best restaurant in town. This whole strip is a sham, a collection of tourists traps similar to Idrive Orlando.

Fun place with great food. Apps and drinks on the patio which was disappointing but…… dinning room was fun and the atmosphere was festive. Food and service was excellent. Prices were very fair for a touristy restaurant in a touristy town. We would def go back.

Was super excited to eat at the Gatlinburg location as I have heard so many great reviews. I got the pot roast the night before an 8 hour drive home. I’ve never had food poisoning before but this meal really let me experience that. 3 others from my group also got food poisoning. Very sad and disappointing.

Our first visit to Gatlinburg. We chose Aldeans over Ole Red because my girlfriend wanted salmon. So we went in. Asked the hostess if we could order full menu and sit in The rooftop to hear music. She said of course . So up the steps. Met the bartender. Very pleasant and nice to begin with to get a drink order. Places the order and he could barely speak afterwards. Paid the bill and gave a generous tip. Ordered fries and sat on rooftop. Couldn’t eat dinner. Band was ok. Nothing special. Jason I hope our $82 for 4 drinks and an order of fries helps pay your Florida mortgage. Won’t be back. Sad to say. Operations need a much better facilitator
went here for a nice dinner the night before leaving to head back home and was left with dealing with food poisoning for a 6 hour drive. don’t get the salmon. two people in my group got it and are both sick.update. three people from our group are sick. the other person got the pot roast.

Had a great time an met some cool people in there. The bartenders was great an really good at remembering your drink in suck a packed place. The band playing though was pre-recorded an it was horribly noticeable.

Bartender upstairs was extremely rude. It is seat yourself with a limited menu which we told him we were fine with. He continued to give us a hard time because we had kids and told us we had to order before we sat down when we had 4 kids with us. They should definitely keep there bartenders in check and more welcoming.
