Kilwins Ice Cream - Chocolate - Fudge

Brian at Kilwins is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with the friendliest smile and made the whole experience even sweeter. He was super knowledgeable about all the treats, helped us find exactly what we were craving, and even offered samples so we could try before deciding. His energy is contagious, and you can tell he really loves what he does. The store was spotless, the service was fast, and Brian went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. Give this guy a raise—he’s a true gem!

This place was definitely popular on the 4th of July when we were there to watch the fireworks. They have a variety of ice cream flavors to choose from. They also have a lot of dipped chocolate candies and fudge flavors. We tried the key lime pie fudge and it was amazing!

Expensive but good.

If you're ever in Gatlinburg, just stroll down the parkway to Kilwins. Satisfy your craving with a nice selection of chocolate, fudge, ice cream, caramel apples, and more. Definitely stop by Kilwins. 👍

Best around! This location in Gatlinburg had the best service out of all the places we visited while in Gatlinburg tn. Every single employee was so polite. Ice cream and lemonade was the absolute best! What a great experience.

Asked for a box to start ordering chocolate…. Rude dude behind the glass raised his voice and said next time just say what you want… I turned around and walked out… yall dont know how to treat customers

Fudge is good. Make sure you ask for a sample before you pick your flavor. Ice cream is good. Almost $8 for a single scoop in a cup is kinda wild but hey that’s par for the course in a tourist spot like Gatlinburg

Just love going here for the fudge. I did go to another place in wears valley prior to heading to Kilwins and got some of their fudge and Kilwins tops them all. The best one to visit.

Excellent flavor to the ice creams and the best waffle cone I've ever had (they make them fresh in the store). There's only reason it's 4/5 is that it seemed pricey to me. Close to $10 each for a single scoop cone with tax and no tip is high, or I'm too cheap.

Parking: Paid parking is getting expensive in Gatlinburg. Use a city lot and take the tram or walk.
