Brian at Kilwins is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with the friendliest smile and made the whole experience even sweeter. He was super knowledgeable about all the treats, helped us find exactly what we were craving, and even offered samples so we could try before deciding. His energy is contagious, and you can tell he really loves what he does. The store was spotless, the service was fast, and Brian went above and beyond to make sure we left happy....
This place was definitely popular on the 4th of July when we were there to watch the fireworks. They have a variety of ice cream flavors to choose from. They also have a lot of dipped chocolate candies and fudge flavors. We tried the key lime pie fudge and it was amazing!
If you're ever in Gatlinburg, just stroll down the parkway to Kilwins. Satisfy your craving with a nice selection of chocolate, fudge, ice cream, caramel apples, and more. Definitely stop by Kilwins. 👍
