Loco Burro Fresh Mex Cantina

Love the atmosphere, great service. Wasn’t expecting the Tex Mex style of food. I prefer more traditional, ordered tacos and a margarita. Food and Marg has a different flavor, the street tacos were not anything like I have had before. Didn’t sit right with me, I didn’t eat any of it. But the rest of my party was happy with what they ordered.

Service was good, we got the food faster than the drinks, Food was average, not over the top like we've had here in the past, the Margaritas was OK at best, definitely using a very sweet pre-mix, noticed other reviews say the same, Just not as good as they used to be.

Great food and amazing margaritas

Went today. Was seated outside. Wind blew food, napkins, menus, and drinks off tables. Asked to move inside twice. Was told no. Ended up getting our $160 order to go. The waiter was apologetic. The hostess and host did not seem concerned at all. Even seen laughing at situation. Other customers were leaving as well. I can forgive the weather and waiter, but not whoever chose to seat people on the rooftop in those weather conditions and make no effort to accommodate.

Last visit 12/7/24-Don’t know what happened to this place,the service sucked and the food has really got worse. We Used to love this place.☹️…The service has been really bad the past 2 times we have went. Very sad

Ordered To Go from Gatlinburg location...if you order mobile, be aware of the location...triple check before starting your order. Had 3 things missing, but all was fixed somewhat quickly. Food was delicious!

Has been much better in years past. Fajita meat was overcooked. Has been one of our favorite places to grab a family meal. My brother joined us this year so we had to pay a $43 large table fee. There were 6 of us. No one but the waiter brought stuff out to us and service was slow. We will not go back next year.
