As someone who burns not tans, when my group (5ppl+me) said we prefer a rooftop seat with shade, the host leads us to a table and cleans it off for us. We got our drinks and meals minutes after ordering. Food was hot, fresh, and worth every cent. 20/10 cannot recommend enough!

Charged us 11.00 and 12.00 for a domestic beer. Also added a Administration Fee. We paid in cash. Stay away from this place. It's a total rip off

No parking! Drove from the mountains to get there and was told the only parking spot available was for the owner! BYEEEE

I visit this place every time I am in gatlinburg. Let me tell you their food is always amazing. The spices and flavor are on point, 100% authentic to Hispanic cuisine. The service is amazing as well, super pilot and attentive. Also, did I mention that they and escalator up to the restaurant?! Thats right no stairs to climb.

Aldeans restaurant pales in comparison to this spot. Patricia brought me four glasses of tea in 20 minutes. Outstanding service. Easily the best restaurant in Gatlinburg. AND THEY HAVE ESCALATORS!!!!
