We ordered to go, lady at front was rude. She said about 25 minutes and walked off didn’t put order in or ask what we wanted. I called her back and ask about it, rudely she ask what do you want? Ordered large pizza and she walked off. Called her back again and ask if we needed to pay, she said”give it a minute and it will come up, she walked off again. We checked our selves out. Hour later checked on pizza not ready. Waiting another lady come in to order and the one that waited on us told this customer “I don’t have time for this!” And she walked off from customer, the lady looked at us with shocked looked and ask, did she really just say that? The lady left. Hour half later guy took out ticket to check on pizza and never returned. We had to ask for manager who I will say was the only nice person in place and refunded us. I hope the manager review the issues with employees and courtesy of treating customers. We will not be back again.

An hour and half wait....no pizza....asked numerous times of employees as to the status. Female employee ignored me. Told others who were also waiting "Don't have time". Finally corned one employee who took my receipt and went to check on order. 20 minutes later he still hadn't returned and denied taking my receipt. Didn't know what I was talking about. Manager finally showed up after 3 request. Female walked by and told me that my order wasn't there....even though she was one who took order. Manager found where I had ordered and PAID and said he would check to see if pizza was ready. I told him the Female had just said my order wasn't there. He agreed to refund the $30.53. Poor service,extremely rude waitress and waiter...At least 5 others were waiting to pick up their order and was upset as well but none of the staff seemed concerned.

Conveniently located pizzeria with great tasting food and friendly service.
The pizza is exactly what you want after a long hike at the Smokey Mountains or shopping in downtown. The Caeser salad and chicken Alfredo was also great food options we ordered along with the pizza. Sodas were a bit pricey but the local beer was a great bargain for a restaurant at $4 a bottle.
The dining area is quaint and the fireplace adds to the relaxing environment. There is also outdoor seating if it suits. No outside heaters were seen.
Our server Angela was a gem. Friendly smile and always attentive to any requests we had.
Parking: Parking is super difficult to find. If you are staying in the area it is worth a walk if nearby.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu if not ordering pizza.

Ate here our first night in Gatlinburg and made sure we came back before we left to go home. Service was great and pizza was amazing! For dessert, try the tiramisu. You won’t be disappointed.
