Upon being seated, the person checking us in was very friendly, but the person seating us at the table had the personality of a rock, especially when we told them that our seat needed to be wiped down as it was not very clean. We recently visited Mellow Mushroom and had a mostly enjoyable experience. We started with the pretzel bites, which, while flavorful, were a bit tough and not as soft as we had hoped.
For drinks, we each ordered something different, and they were absolutely phenomenal—delicious, refreshing, and perfectly crafted. Definitely a highlight of our meal!

We had a delicious meal, but our server ruined the experience for us. When it came time to pay he decided to hold onto our bill until he finished telling us a very long story about how he isn't paid enough and how people don't tip him well + how he doesn't get any tips because he has to split them with the bartender team apparently. It was incredibly awkward for us because then he stood over me as he waited for me to pull my money out and kept mentioning EXACT AMOUNTS...
