Items were missing and the restaurant would not help.
The restaurant argued with me and they said they had to review their cameras to see what they gave their driver before they would help us as I had hungry kids waiting for food.
This is highly unprofessional and is not customer service oriented.
I would not recommend.

We came in from out of town and needed an easy dinner and found this place. Not impressed and would not recommend. We ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, cheese pizza, and salad. The pizza was dry and didn't have much flavor, and they didn't put and salad dressing on the salad. Would not recommend.

We were on vacation and after a few days of going out our babies were so worn out , we decided to just order in a night and we're not disappointed! The wait for delivery was long but they were upfront with their delivery estimates which was on par! We were pleasantly surprised with how everything turned out after reading the reviews. Overall we had no complaints and were able to relax and eat good food.

Ordered through door dash. 1 hr past delivery time and they aren’t answering phone or returning messages. 2 hrs past delivery time they said it was delivered. It was not. Now that I’ve read the reviews I should have done that first. Disappointed we waited 2 hours for nothing. Luckily door dash refunded us. Would not risk it.

We had the alfredo, fried ravioli, and a jumbo pizza. Everything was great! The side salad that came with the alfredo was impressive. Loaded with toppings and a great size.

My family and I were visiting Gatlinburg, Tennessee, and on our third night, it was raining and we decided to stay in. I decided on ordering from Mountain Grill Pizza, and had a disappointing experience with them. I opted for online delivery, but after waiting an unjustifiable 1 hour and 38 minutes, I called to cancel my order. I was assured that my order was on its way, but ultimately, it took a full two hours to arrive. When it finally did, the pizza and cheese bread were cold, and to make matters worse, the four sodas I ordered were missing.

By the time the food arrived, my entire family had already gone to bed, which shows the significant delays in their service. I understand that being in a touristy destination can lead to busier nights, but that should never be an excuse for poor customer service.

When I called to request a refund for the missing sodas, the response was less than satisfactory; I was asked if I still wanted them. Honestly, after such a long wait for cold food, I declined. I received an apology and was told it was a "crazy night," but that doesn't help the situation.

Overall, my experience at Mountain Grill Pizza was frustrating and disappointing, and I hope they can improve their service in the future.

Stay away from this place service was par to the worst services Ive seen all around the country and today as I came with my family to visit this town for the first time we were handed the worst experience we could ask for walking out hungry, upset and absolutely ignored by all staff.

Serves casual food at a convenient location if you're staying in the hotel.

Prices are what you'd expect for a restaurant in a hotel. Service was great.

Ordered one jumbo chicken bacon ranch, and it was dry and burnt. Didn't look appetizing at all for a pizza. There wasn't any ranch on it were pieces and strips burnt up. The bottom of the pizza was black and burnt. Spent nearly $40 for one "jumbo" pizza, and yet it was just a regular size pizza. Not cool at all!! This is the last time ordering from these guys. Might as well feed this crap to the bears wandering around town. SMDH
