Location is quiet and woodsy. Shop itself is small, and unfortunately I think they were understaffed. Not enough space for patrons waiting on their orders. We ordered 1 coffee, a bagel and cinnamon roll (both pastries already made in glass case, just needed microwaved). We waited 20 minutes. And were told that the bagels had sold out so they subbed it for something else. I just felt like inventory should have been accounted for before allowing purchase to be made. Coffee was ok. They did have beautiful handmade items and I ended up purchasing a few of those.
