Do not get the milkshake. It is more milk than ice cream.
They have some aggressive standard tipping options that are off putting. Enough with the forced tip culture.

We had Vanilla and cotton candy, both loved by our kids.

Got a blackberry crumble ice cream cup while at Anakeesta and it was yummy! They give you a good size scoop for the price! The service was quick and friendly.

The people serving food here need to understand that people are the ones who need to be treated with gratitude. Like most people, I felt they served the customers like it was a formality. Rudeness and attitude was so evident. Hot coffee was cold, creamer bottle was not clean to look at.
I would not have gone here unless it was for the kids and their stubbornness for ice cream on a hot day!

Yummy ice cream & awesome staff. Kids loved having a quick treat up in the mountains. Best flavor ever: oatmeal cream pie SO GOOD!
Very rude people working there! Especially the lady in charge , so rude, using such a language…. The ladies that are selling ice cream overcharged us , and instead of fixing their mistake , they grabbed the ice cream from our child hand. I called for a supervisor, and then this nightmare Ladd came from the inside and started to yell ! Awful people working there , we heard the ice cream is good but I guess the owner doesn’t know that he/she is losing ton of money from people hating going there! After us another couple with three children were overcharged also, they were shocked of the service provided. This is the impression that these people leave in tourists. Not a great future for this place if they don’t change their stuff. We were “treated like this “on May 31st in the evening.
Delicious ice cream with amazing views? Why yes, thank you. Tried the blackberry cobbler ice cream and the mint chocolate chip with gummy bears for my daughter. My only suggestion would be a kid-sized portion.
Me and my husband went today, I just wanted a fried pie, they was cold and not worth the price.
This place is awesome. They took my boyfriends peanut allergy very seriously and followed all necessary protocols to ensure he wasn’t exposed. Great customer service.

Our daughter has a peanut allergy and we’ve been told at every other ice cream shop that nothing was safe for her due to cross-contamination. The lady at Pearl’s said “Absolutely not true!” She broke out a brand new bag of cones, opened and sanitized a new scoop, scraped the top layer off the flavor of her choice, and served us with a smile and compassion the entire time. It took her an extra 5 minutes but meant the world to us!Not to mention the ice cream was delicious!!!

The most delicious cup of latte I have ever tasted in the States!. Pronounced taste of coffee. The foam is just so tasty and perfect!. Cozy store, very fast service.Polite employees and super clean! Definitely will be back when I visit Gatlinburg again
The service here is amazing. My daughter just got diagnosed with a bunch of allergies, so the gentleman serving us brought out a book of allergen information helped us find one she can have, and then scooped off the top layer of icecream and used new spoons to ensure it was as safe as possible for my little girl. Icecream is okay, but the service was impeccable
They do not have pie. They do have ice cream and a cookie sundae and a brownie sundae. But...NO PIE!I was looking forward to pie.We asked if they sell pie and they said no. Then why is it called Pie in the Sky when there is none. Is it like "pi in the sky" where pi is unattainable, because you cannot get any bloody pie here.
