We found a hidden gem ………. This place is AWESOME !!!! Absolutely the best brisket we have ever had in our life !!! The ribs were fantastic and the staff was wonderful and extremely helpful !! Prices were great and we will definitely be back whenever we are in the area !!!
Had a nice late lunch buffet at Satterfield’s. Just be aware that the entrance is in the middle court away from the outer parking areas. Also check their open hours as on the Sunday they were closing things down after 4 pm.Enjoyed smoked ribs, meatloaf, scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits/gravy, chicken with noodles, collard greens, baked beans and salad bar. Was served freshly made waffles with berries… really good! Had the optional drink and dessert, the loose leaf herbal/fruit teeth hit the spot! Had the option of a brownie, tuxedo cake or vanilla cake with ice cream. Also there were fruit salads and a yummy banana pudding at the cold table.Service and hospitality was excellent! Super accommodating and would recommend!

This was a cute little store/restaurant in the arts and crafts loop. We ended up getting various jams and salsas while here. The two ladies that were working were so nice and informative on products. They gave us free samples of some of their brisket and teas. Brisket was so good. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Gatlinburg!

Very cute place, very courteous owner. Picked up a sandwich to take with us on a hike, it was amazing! He cut up a tomato from his garden, very generous with the chicken, it was very yummy. Thanks!!
We just got to our Cabin and I wasn’t sure how to use doordash to order and the lady at the restaurant was sweet and very nice and added enough sides for the 2 of us , Very kind ! We appreciate you !
