If you plan to attend a New Year Eve night event here, I would encourage to look somewhere else. We reserved 10 places ($250.00), which included two tables for New Year’s Eve and were also wanting to do Karaoke during the evening. Signed up and they kept allowing other people sing, who obviously arrived later than us and likely didn’t make reservations. Seemed as though friends, family, and/or the DJ’s themselves were the only ones who were going to get the opportunity to sing. Eventually we were told it would be after midnight and then told they were out of time. It was a literal joke and will never do that again. Bar staff was okay, but no organization to the lines/serving and no one waiting tables. Trash bins in every single receptacle overflowing from 7:00pm until close. Drinks spilled on floor and buckets of empty beer cans everywhere. Needed to take a power washer to the bathrooms and then heavily Lysol. This was a poorly organized and poorly managed event if you were going to charge so much to be there. Short story, it might be different on the first floor but the third floor sucked the last two times I have been there. Don’t waste your time…

Respectfully speaking we have had some poor Guinness across the world, this place is the lowest of the low 1/10
