Visited the Turkey Creek location and it was the worst! We waited for over 90 minutes from the time we entered the restaurant to when we received our food. It was cold and GREASY. There were only 10 tables with customers, the lunch rush was over. The bartender was busy talking to her friends. The male with the man bun was busy walking around and hanging out at the front door. Don't waste your money at any Smoky Mountain Brewery restaurants.

We visit Smoky Mountain Brewery frequently. It is one of our favorite places in Gatlinburg. The food is always great along with the service. We always eat in the bar because our favorite server is Oana from Romania. She always remembers what beer we drink and when she takes our order she never writes anything down which always amazes us. She is very attentive and always pleasant to talk to. One of the reasons we always enjoy our visits to the Brewery.

The food and service we experienced
was top-notch this past weekend
at the Smoky Mountain Brewery in
Gatlinburg...as it ALWAYS is. Every trip to Gatlinburg includes multiple visits to this restaurant. Oana and Tony are the best and are a HUGE reason we go there. They ALWAYS take great care of us!

Anytime we make the trip to Gatlinburg, we make our daily visit to Smoky Mt Brewery. Food and drinks are excellent and Tony and Oana are the best!

We will not be back. Walked in and got a table right away, right in front of the bar. Sat there and waited for about 25-30 minutes and no one ever waited on us so we walked out. Many servers and staff walked by us and not one word from anyone. Awful

Great food with a good selection. The beer I ordered was great but the cocktails were a bit of a miss. All in all a solid pick for lunch or dinner if you are out and about.

We did not have a good experience at this place. We ordered a beer flight. All the samples were room temperature warm. As for the actual beer, none of the ten were to our taste but that's a subjective matter. Even if they had been a little up our alley, the temp would have ruined them for us. Must be the first time we order a beer sampler and leave most of it unconsumed. We ordered 2 burgers and had to wait for over an hour. Google live said the place was busier than usual. We were given no warning by our waitress that it would be a long wait, nor did she bring amuse bouches or even bread to mitigate the wait. She was nice and stopped several times to ask if we were doing ok other than the food not being ready. Otherwise she seemed completely uninterested in turning the table or earning tip points with us. As somebody who has worked in the food industry, I know it is not only feasible but a proven good policy to warn your customers of unusual wait times, and to make up for it when something does not go as planned. This was not the case with us. We will certainly avoid this place like the plague in the future and will not recommend to anyone but a select few enemies. The food itself was exactly what we expected from an unpretentious and affordable brewery food menu. Inasmuch as it met the low bar of our expectations it was not disappointing.

2024 Update: We have not been back to this place and life has been good.

NOT GOOD AT ALL food & service plus place was not clean. We ordered various items on the menu including the pizza and none of it had us dancing. Very disappointed. We ate here many years ago and it was delicious so it was a definite on the list for our revisit to Gatlinburg. Unfortunately, it missed the mark all away around. P.S. don’t tell us the desserts are homemade when they are clearly a frozen Sysco product.

Under staffed and disorganized. Waited 1 1/2 hours when the dining room was 1/2 empty.
Go somewhere else, anywhere else.
This is a bar
Don’t expect great food or service

We've eaten at several top restaurants for lunch & dinner during our week in Gatlinburg, but this was our favorite! My husband loved the house-brewed craft beers! He tried a variety & even got to talk with the brewer. Potato skins & Philly Cheesesteak were huge & delicious. But the pumpkin cheesecake was AMAZING! It's not layered...pumpkin is blended into the cheese mix! It's creamy, with real whipped cream on top & a moist, spiced nut crust on the bottom! Our server was Kayla & she was that perfect combo of friendly & a pro! (the kind you request!)

The absolute best food I've ever had. Service was amazing. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We will always go back everytime we are in town for sure!

I've gave this place two chances and they've disappointed us both times. Service was poor and food was really lacking.

Walked in and was given a ticket to be seated by the hostess upstairs. Went up stairs and to be seated and the floor was sticky, it was muggy and smelled strongly of shrimp. The waitress seated us and the menus provided and table were also sticky. Just felt dirty and gross. Everyone was friendly but we did not stay.

Great food great service and one of the best dark ales I've ever had went with a group and everyone was very happy
