Brand new ownership! The coffee is amazing and probably the best tasting espresso. I have had. Everyone is really sweet and easy to order with!! Go out of the way for this place you will not regret it !!

We loved this adorable little coffee shop tucked in the Smoky Mountains! It was the perfect quick stop to relax and recharge—cozy vibes, great drinks, and cute outdoor seating with a view. Everything was reasonably priced (a rare find in tourist areas!), and the reward program was incredibly fast and easy to use we earned points right away. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the drinks were delicious. Also free parking QR code inside for 1 hour of parking!

If you’re a true coffee drinker this is the spot! We went to another nearby popular spot but found the coffee wasn’t strong enough and on the sweeter side. This place is small but quality speaks for itself, they don’t cheap out on the espresso here. They also have discount for locals and veterans. Loved the vibe of the workers so down to earth! They also have a cute outdoor area perfect for slow mornings. This will be our go to coffee spot next time we’re in town for sure!

im visiting for my sister’s dance competition, and i am always looking for local coffee shops to support whenever im in a new place, and this one did not disappoint. the inside, while small, is very charming and i thought that the coffee was very good. I got a t-shirt and a cute coffee glass for a relatively cheap price. the service was great and the barista was super kind and she even gave me a free coupon. i will definitely be visiting again🤗🫶

Whenever I travel, I make it a point to find the best local coffee spot—and this time, that led me to Smoky Mountain Coffee & Creamery in Gatlinburg. I came across it on Google Maps, noticed the strong reviews, and saw that it's under new ownership, so I decided to give it a try.

The coffee didn’t disappoint. It came in a large cup and had a great balance—rich, smooth, and just the right amount of sweetness. You could tell it was made with care, not just tossed together.

Only drawback? No printed receipts. They’ll ask for a phone number or email to send it digitally. I get it, but if you’re visiting from out of town like I was, handing over your info isn’t ideal—especially if you’re not looking for follow-up messages.

Still, that’s a small gripe. The coffee was worth the stop, and if you’re in Gatlinburg and want something local and well-made, this place is absolutely worth checking out.

Caleb the manager is the number one reason to come here.. Super friendly, patient, and kind even while holding down shop by himself.. What ever he is getting paid is not enough... Love this place because you get coffee with flavor not a cup of sugar with a dash of coffee flavor... Highly recommend... And say hi to Caleb...

Delicious coffee! The employee Brendan was amazing and so helpful while trying to decide what to order. I ended up getting an iced white mocha with hazelnut and it was so good! Make sure to stop here for your morning cup of joe!
