Leslie needs more training lol

The staff was very unfriendly and rude. They made the drink wrong and when I ask them to fix it they argues with me. I literally had to pull up the picture of the drink on their website to show them how to do it. After they finally made the drink I said thank you and the dark haired girl just rolled her eyes and walked away. I will never come back to this place again

Not the best Starbucks I've been to and in all probability it was the worst. The service was extremely slow. I was in Gatlinburg for a class at the Park Vista. I came to this Starbucks twice and both times it took forever to get my order with only a few people there. The guy taking my order the first day started making my order before I even finished ordering and had the expression of total confusion on his face. I'll find another Starbucks next time I'm in Gatlinburg.

Kinda a clueless crew, especially the guy at the register, no real sense of urgency to get orders done. We waited 30 mins and still got the wrong drink and size. Don’t recommend going here.

The nitro cold brew I got this morning had a very weird aftertaste. Tasted like something bitter, sour, and burned at the same time. Had to throw it away, as going back and waiting in a long line to get another one was not worth it. Currently praying that I don’t get sick from those two sips I had.

I am a hard of hearing/deaf person. Unfortunately my hearing aids weren’t fully charged up today and weren’t working great, and on top of that I’ve lost my voice. But Natashia was such a great help! Oh my gosh I’ve never felt so accommodated before! She was mouthing things clearly and even writing it down when I couldn’t understand. And even took a moment to sign have a good day to me!! I loved it so much and the coffees were amazing as well!!

The coffee was good but the wait was way to long , and took forever . They were very busy but just seemed like we had to wait longer than usual....don't know if they were short handed or what . Would have got some more on the way out, but didn't want to have to wait another 30 minutes just for a coffee

Worst Starbucks ever. Ordered an iced shaken espresso, got iced milk with hint of espresso. Waited about 20 mins and it was not even busy. Can't order ahead.

Clueless crew… after 34 minutes of waiting with 3 people working and only 8 customers going through, my venti chai is almost all oat milk and not worth the $$… I should have known better than to come back after yesterdays cold foam ended up in the trash because it was so bad.The employee taking out the trash didn’t even wash his hands before starting to make drinks again and thinks that the fact they have no printer is the problem with their shop…. Clueless
