Worst fast food I've ever been to
The worst Subway ever, 3 employees and can't handle, only 8 customers and it took more than 30 minutes to take the order. Need different employees who want to work and do a better job

Food was okay, but the experience was lacking due to staff. Cashier at desk wasn't helpful while trying to get bottles of water with our sub meals. 2 of our family members only drink water, and she would only give us cups for water (which are free) instead of bottles, despite paying for meal plans. Disappointing. All in all, she charged us for things that are literally free. Free for the person before us, free for the people after us, but for us - charged. It would make any customer disappointed. Side note, they have vegetarian options. Would recommend getting beverages elsewhere though.

The food was good, but the service from one of the waitresses was terrible! Very rude, ill-mannered and impatient!
ordered tuna and they mixed it somehow and gave us beef. we realised after taking a bite and ya we dont eat beef for religious reasons. not cool at all despite asking for the right one

This place is nasty. The windows are so dirty upstairs you can’t even see out of them. The he floors, tables,
Chairs! Yuck! If it’s that bad in the front imagine what the back looks like? Like they can’t afford a window washer on the parkway downtown lol. This place needs to get it together.

A good spot to grab a bite to sit and eat or on the go. Busy area. We grabbed some cookies for snacks before heading to touring near by areas.
They had pizza on the menu too! Didnt notice it else where.

We came to this place and asked the old lady to change her gloves before she touches our food because we don’t eat pork and she was using the same gloves for the past 5 orders in front of us. She got snappy and annoyed with us for that simple basic hygiene routine that she supposed to do!!! Terrible customer service!
Oct 30th 12.36 AM, there was a lady and a gentleman at the store. The gentleman was kind but the lady was rude. The review reflects the lady's service. I ordered for 3 foot long sub and she was each sub has two scoops of meat. The lady was just serving half scoop. I asked for correct scoop but she threw the meat back and measured again the same half scoop. I had to cancel the order and left. I am not asking handout, so as a paying customer, I expect the right amount for what I pay for and also basic customer service and respect.

Went in yesterday and I usually don't have issue with this location. It's a Subway so I don't expect much. However, there was a dead roach just chilling with some dirty tables. My sandwich had less fillings than what you're supposed to get and somehow it was burned which was a first for me. The poor workers looked and functioned like they are overworked. This location needs to hire more workers and have them on location during busy periods instead of killing off their existent workforce. When you're overworked and understaffed, you can't function or take care of things that are needed to run a business and I know this location has to make money hand over fist. The manager and owners of this location need to be better to it's workers and the people who come in to buy from them.

There's nothing I love more than finishing my mediocre sandwich only to realize there's a dying cockroach right next to me.
This Subway is so dirty, there's no soap in the bathroom, the poor workers looked like they were about to fall over from how over-worked they were, and my sandwich had barely any toppings! If I wasn't so desperate for some cheap food, I would have eaten elsewhere.

Dirty environment. Tables not clean, bathrooms out of soap, floors looked like they hadn’t been swept in days. Food was just okay.
The team was friendly, though, so with better cleaning standards this place could be much better.
