Absolutely rude service all we did was ask if we can take Baloney off a sandwich because I don’t eat it, “you need to be nice and kind” we weren’t disrespectful at all, I advise all subway lovers to not go to this place at ALL!

The two young ladies behind the counter serving were un interested and very slow. The sub was tasty though.

The lady at the front intentionally tried to mix meat in the food.
As a vegetarian, I asked her to not mix my order with meat. She took the slice of cheese that had meat all over it and tried to pass it to me. When I asked her to stop, she called her coworker and started saying bad things about “people like me” in Spanish. I know Spanish so I called her out and she basically threw my order and told other lady to takeover.
I wanted to walk away so bad but due to elderly family, we ended up eating here. Her coworker said she had headache…that doesn’t mean she can force me to eat meat (which I told her was a big NO in my religion)

Walked in for a bottle of water and an large unsweetened tea. No bottled water, so I got to pay full price for a regular cup to drink water. No sweetners for the unsweetened tea, and no manager to get my money back. Oh well. I guess that is why the place out front of subway was getting more business!!!

My fiancé tried to order two turkey bacon ranch sandwiches here and the employee flat out told her no. She also asked for provolone and the employee thought she said American, most likely because her AirPod was in. Both me and my fiancé work customer service so we understand that it is soul sucking, but this experience was unprofessional and very rude.

I would give this place five stars for its Design, I mean, when do you see a two story subway. food was great too. But the reason this review gives two stars is the customer service the waiter was mean and condescending to me and my family while we made are order. She made it feel like we were stupid the whole time we were ordering. I don’t know how Subway hires their cashiers, but she was just downright disrespectful.

Worst ever experience in Subways I have ever visited till date. I am vegetarian my whole life and when I asked old lady who was serving me for foot long veggie delight with veggie Patty, she rolled her eyes and laughed at me. Instead of explaining me the difference she made fun out of me and I ordered veggie patty foot long. The girl who prepared rest all was new recruit and was struggling with all procedure. Was frustrated with her supervisor. I won’t blame her but to her trainer who didn’t train her enough before putting her in front customer service. She was putting everything so less in the bread including sauces at last that my foot long was dry to eat. Neither crispy with salads nor juicy with sauces. On top of it, TIP was compulsory at last whether you were satisfied or not with your experience. I have past experience of customer service and marketing. Customer brings you business and no matter you personal situation or experience, you have to treat them well is motto of marketing and business.

3 workers and seems like all need to be trained.. long wait times with few customers, and the crew needs training... they kept handling food and clean equipment wearing the same gloves... those disposable gloves need to be changed after handling every order...

Avoid This Subway Like the Plague — Corporate Needs to Intervene NOW
I genuinely cannot understand how this location is still operating under the Subway brand. After years of declining quality, I decided to give it another shot — a decision I regret deeply. With only four people ahead of me, it still took 40 minutes to receive a basic tuna sandwich. Let that sink in. Forty. Minutes.
The staff — untrained, unmotivated, and completely disinterested in basic customer service — moved at a glacial pace, as if fulfilling an order was some kind of optional task. When I politely asked for oregano and black pepper, I was met with a blank stare that can only be described as vacant. Another employee then aggressively dumped an obscene amount of oregano onto the sandwich, presumably out of spite because I had the audacity to be frustrated after waiting nearly an hour. (Joke’s on her — I actually like oregano.)
But this isn’t just a bad day — this location has been notoriously subpar for years. My last visit was three years ago, and frankly, I’m appalled to see it has only gotten worse.
Subway Corporate: where are you? It’s time to take action. This franchise is actively damaging your brand. Either whip this location into shape or revoke their right to operate. Continuing to ignore the complaints of paying customers — and there are plenty — is unacceptable.
To anyone thinking of eating here: don’t. Just don’t. You’ll waste your time, your money, and your patience. Subway has thousands of locations — pick literally any other one. This place is a disaster.
