I went there yesterday at night. Guy was working there prepared my sándwich how he wanted he didn’t ask me for my sándwich ingredients and anything because he was focus with another customers. He should work slow to do a better customer service

This is absolutely the worst subway I have EVER BEEN TO! horrible service, the place was a mess and the way they do things is not up to standard... I came in the first time. There was a guy at the counter said I need to wait for someone else to come. I'm new... So we left and came back 15 minutes later.... Another guy was there.... Oh good.... Nope.... Asked for a 6' wrap. Got flatbread. Instead of finishing with us he went on to the next people while ours sat there... And then to the next people... Then finally came back to us to put the toppings on it. Didn't ask if we wanted it toasted or heated ... Nothing! Our subs should of been 6.39 times 2 subs. Ask for one to be in a combo... Rang up to 27.00???? Buddy had no clue what the heck he was doing. After that he said the wraps are a different price??? Subway you choose your bread. Why would I pay more for less bread? Disorganized, zero personality.... Horrible placeTrain your employees properly. The absolute worst Subway. Avoid this mess.

It's just a subway, but it's got two stories. The kids FREAKED out about this for some reason but it made for a memorable experience. The restaurant itself was kinda dirty but it was busy and they looked understaffed. All in all, it's just a subway.

Restaurant was dirty and had food all over the floor. Girl who made our subs rushed and made the sloppiest sub I've ever seen. The toppings looked old and the lettuce was brown. After paying $18 for 2 subs, I thought it couldn't get worse until I noticed my sub had tiny spots of green mold all over the bun. At least I got a refund. Never come to this location. I have never had a worse experience at a restaurant or fast food place in my life.

The food was good but what was exceptional was the hispanic lady working for 5 customers waiting in line with full speed and enthusiasm. it is a sight to see a person working a job with dedication and be on top of it all. full credit should be given to her and her hardwork.
Ate here twice for a late night snack. Our turkey subs were delicious and the black guy who made our food was a very hard worker. We will be back.

Yes it was super busy with it being so close to New Year’s. Placed order online. Ordered four foot longs. Out of the four. Only two were right. The other two were from some else’s order. Sandwiches super messy. Restaurant was basically in total chaos with no one knowing what they were doing that was a working there.

Horrible customer service. Had 6 sandwiches and spent $75 and this is what I get? People making sandwich was slamming food around, cashier raised voice, overcharged us and tried to make us pay for the next order too….if 0 stars was an option, this would be their rating!!

Worst experience of my life! The manager was nothing but rude the whole time and talk in a below inside voice. The place was disgusting and I was afraid to catch something when I walked in there. Bathroom door does not properly close and has an opening at the top of the door. The top was closed due to them, not wanting to clean it. Will never eat there again!
