Julia helped us out with our order and was friendly and knowledgeable about the extensive menu. The food is excellent and authentic. It has a comforting atmosphere where the staff treat you like family. We met the owner Geri who wants everyone to have a great meal and experience. We love this place and will return!

This is a great casual Italian restaurant. The food and service are excellent. My husband and I both had fettuccine Alfredo. The servings were generous, as was the case with the calamari appetizer (excellent). Next time we’ll save room for dessert. Oh, and the garlic knots are amazing.

They were very nice and provided an amazing atmosphere. The dishes from start to finish were all incredibly tasty and couldn't go wrong with any of them. The items we got wereMeatball Appetizers: Incredibly tender and flavorble covered in sauce and melted mozzarella.Salad: With the house Queen Italian dressing was incredible the dressing was super flavorful and had a amazing peppery flavor.Sausage, Onions, Peppers Pasta: With the spaghetti noodles and home made marinara the taste was amazing from the extremely flavorful Italian sausage and the awesomely cooked onions and peppers brings the whole plate together. Would truly recommendTaste of Italy: OMG must have plate! With the mixture of flavors between the chicken parm, Lasagna, Spaghetti and manicotti all provided an amazing experience with every plate being a must have experienced. Could not recomend more.Tortellini with Alfredo: With an incredibly creamy Alfredo sauce and extremely tender noodles you could not go wrong if. Especially if you prefer a white sauce over a traditional tomato sauce would recommend.Vegetarian options: Plenty of meat less pastas for you to enjoy if you prefer stuff like eggplant parm.Kid-friendliness: A good sized kids menu provides a easy pick for kids.Parking: Large enough lot for the restaurant and even if it's full the fridge city lot is attached and will provide overflow.

Whenever we visit Tennessee from New York, we make it a point to eat here. It is our go to place for Italian when you are sick of burgers, and all the other food down here this is where you go. I like their sauce they cook their pasta perfectly, they have a wide variety on the menu. The only downfall is they don’t serve alcohol only beer but you can bring your own bottle of wine. I highly recommend this place if you’re craving Italian food and this is coming from an Italian from Long Island, New York.

The food wasn't hot or good it was soggy and bland and the waitress said F*** to us in front of kids

Delicious Italian food. The only complaint is that the servings were so large! The salads were simple but very fresh. The garlic knots were buttery, covered in parmesan cheese, and wonderful. The main entrees were amazing. I got the Taste of Italy, which is a trio of manicotti, spaghetti, and chicken parmesan. My sister-in-law ordered the sausage with peppers and onions. The service was great, the food was fabulous and we'll definitely go back here for Italian food when in the area.

This was the most awful experience my husband and I have ever had. Our waitress got over the top furious at us because we asked for a refill. So much so that she went to the front desk and told the owners that we were harassing her and wanted us thrown out! It was like we had entered a different world. We do a lot of traveling and trying out a variety of different places to eat and this by far was the absolute worst all around. We tried to quickly eat our food, which was very bland and soupy, and leave without causing anymore disturbance to this odd place. When we went to pay, the owner was very rude, just like the waitress. I was almost afraid that he was going to become combative. My husband tried explaining and apologizing for any misunderstanding but they did not care at all. We will never step foot close to this place again and definitely don’t encourage anyone else to either

Ok food but not the best. Service is always slow even when the place is dead you can't get a refill. A local and have ate here a few times and the service and food has been awful all 3 times. I try a place 3 times before I leave a review and determine if I will be back or not. Definitely won't be back ever.

Great food. complementary garlic rolls will blow your balls off. only reason not 5 stars is because the AC wasn't working very well and only one waitress was doing 70% of the work. two older women were trying their best. bless their hearts. It was also quite sad they were out of stock on Miller Lite.

Service is horrible, food is horrible. Chicken parm sandwich tasted like cheap chicken and cheese. Pizza was slightly worse than cheap mall pizza. The manicotti had chunks of burnt cheese and chicken in it. This is the worst food in Gatlinburg. The waitress was rude and not helpful. Do not eat here at all....the food and service as I said are awful. I agree with another review that said you are better off going to Food City and getting some canned pasta and after you microwave will likely be better than anything you will eat at Taste of Italy, please don't judge Italy based off of this horrible place.

Great pizza, we did carryout and it is right on the main drag so it was difficult to get to, one of us had to cruise back and forth and the other had to go get the pizza and jump back into the car. It was definitely good though! Staff were really nice too.

We are there for lunch the garlic rolls were fantastic. I had a Philly steak roll was enough for 3 meals for me. My husband had the Stromboli and it was also enough for 2 meals. We will definitely be back service was great.

This is the greatest place to go in the Sevier county and is number ONE rated for Italian food among other items like grilled chicken ham and cheese and club sandwich to choose from. The service is great and they treat you like family. Try this place you will not be disappointed...???☕️

Worse food we have ever had in the Gatlinburg area. We ordered the Taste of Italy and the chicken parmigiana. The chicken came out so burned we sent it back. The second one was wasn't much better. It didn't know you could get chicken so thin. We won't be back.

Server was not very welcoming/unfriendly. The food was subpar. Veal and chicken piccata were not very tasty. Chicken was terribly overcooked. No hint of lemon. But one of the worst parts of the meal was pasta so overcooked it was mushy. Avoid this place if you like Italian food. Try the pizza at Pizzeria of Gatlinburg instead.
