We wanted a new place to try and found this while exploring town. Glad we did! The staff is great! The sandwich and Fritos pie was so delicious! definitely recommend!

Hubby and I ordered (to go) the Reuben with potato salad and I had the BBQ with potato salad. When we got home and opened our box to a huge, I mean huge Reuben, filled with mouth-watering corned beef, plenty of sauerkraut, and dressing. On marble rye bread. My BBQ was filled with tender and tasty meat with just enough sauce so it didn’t overwhelm the delicious meat. Love the potato salad-made with sour cream, I bet. Yummy. Because we forgot to ask for the “locals discount” prior to paying, we were presented with a piece of peanut butter pie/ to die for😃 Definitely not to be missed!

We stopped in for the Reuben Sandwich that we’ve heard so much about … and it didn’t disappoint!! My husband just wanted a good quality hotdog and Jed’s serves Nathan’s, so he was very satisfied. Josh, Luke and Genevieve were the best hosts ever. So warm and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our lunch outside on their lovely patio. Genevieve checked on us multiple times and offered water for our pup Sissy! Seriously, make Jed’s a stopping point on your visit to Gatlinburg!!

Turkey was honey smoke thick slices.. bacon perfect. Cheese melted.. with lettuce and tomato on a soft roll!! So good!!! Highly recommend!!!

Good food for a good price. Outdoor dining/take away only but good service still.

This is the kind of place where as soon as you finish you want to get more. The food was very good, fresh and tasty. However we both felt like splitting another sandwich as soon as we finished. Portions were either a little small, could have used a second side, or it was too tasty and quick to eat. It's a nice little space but it was confusing finding the entrance on the side and exactly where to order. We would head back to eat lunch again here.

They catered an event at the campground we were staying at. The food was very good especially the pulled pork.
