We unknowingly came in 15 min before closing for most places that's a bad sign. This place it was not. Even though some staff was getting ready for closing we were still seated promptly our waitress was amazing. They also had just set a table for 12. We love Texas Roadhouse that being said we eat there a lot but this was the best steak we have ever ordered. We both get medium which is usually a far cry from perfect but still good but whoever cooked our steaks that was the best most perfect cooked steak I have ever eat. My steamed veggies were perfect. Such a wonderful job from a restaurant that was closing in 15 min. Such a wonderful job period.

Were locals just spending the weekend alone away from the kids. And our experience with texas road house is always great we frequently visit, but today way awesome. Our server tom was awesome he was very funny and very attentive and really nice! We tipped him well because he was so good and he informed us it was only his 4th day! Hes doing so good thank you guys and thank you tom for the great service and the great food, made our weekend get away even better! Well definitely ask for tom next time we come back!

The ribs were not good at all. They were very dry. Not in a sauce sense but the meat was dry. The kind of dry that makes it difficult to swallow it. Overcooked maybe? I regretted getting the whole rack of ribs. The buns they give out are good and my waiter was very nice. Not a place I would return to. Unfortunately I did return. I was having trouble finding a good burger and was tired of walking so I thought since this place was focused on steaks they should know how to do a simpler burger. Boy was I wrong. The bun was greasy and not toasted as advertised. The cheese tasted like cheap cheez whiz. I had to request more lettuce because there was only a couple of strands of chopped head lettuce on it. MY house salad was a disappointment because it used mostly head lettuce. They use low quality ingredients in everything which could explain the dry ribs. They just don't care about the quality of the food they are putting out. Seriously this place is terrible. The only upside was the servers. They were terrific!

We were in town celebrating my daughters sweet 16. Wait time not terrible. Waitress was nice. Food pretty good. I was upset that they didn't have any more brownies.
We were celebrating a friends birthday, it was a great experience. The Host and server were absolutely hysterical and had us laughing the entire time we were there!! Thank you Paul and Peyton!!!

Went to Gatlinburg on 1/11/2020 and stopped here for lunch. When my group of 5 walked in we were told there was a 30 minute wait even though the place was mostly empty because the restaurant just opened. While waiting we watched the hostess seat 3 big families; the biggest group had about 10 people. When asked about why we had to wait when they were immediately seated she responded with "because they were willing to split into smaller groups." Excuse me but most tables and booths fit 4 people very comfortably. Judging by the way she looked at us when we walked in she didn't like the color of our skin. And that's ok too. I just brought my money somewhere else. Eat here at your own risk unless you have a much paler complexion than I do. I have also contacted their corporate office about this.

I've eaten at TRH's all over from Illinois to Massachusetts, all in between all the way south to Florida. I have to say that the Gatlinburg TRH is now one of my favorites. We were there a at reasonably busy time and only waited 15 minutes when they said we would wait 30. The hostess made sure we had extra cinnamon butter for our rolls without even asking her. Our waiter Jason was outstanding! He never missed a beat and had a great attitude. My wife asked for a straw which he was out of, as soon as he turned to grab one he was interrupted by a co-worker, interacting with the table next to us(making sure they had a good time as well). My wife was certain that he forgot her straw but a second later he popped right back with it. For being busy the servers were amazing, had great attitudes and a smile on their faces. Robbie, the manager, stopped by and checked on our experience before we left and we had a great conversation with him as well, he was engaged with his team and was a joy to listen too. The food was also great, not only does TRH have a standard level of food, our food this night was cooked perfectly. It's not your small town hole in the wall, but this Texas Roadhouse, mixed with the Gatlinburg southern hospitality is a must see spot for a good meal. Thanks Jason and Robbie!

I've said it once and I will say it again, I have never had a bad meal or bad service at a Texas Roadhouse. We were real late getting to the Gatlinburg store on a Friday note and we got excellent results. I have eaten at a lot of Texas Roadhouse restaurants and I love them. Thank you.
