So this little place is literally a walk up window while traversing the sidewalk in gatlinburg. We had a little bit of a wait in line and then about a 10 minute wait for our drinks to be made as a few people were in front of us. There was a bench to sit on right across from this place, so we waited there. We both got large drinks and they were definitely a large!!! Well worth the money! Hidden gem among the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg! I was pleasantly surprised by the menu and taste of my honey lavender iced latte. Catherine was so helpful and kind and helped me navigate the menu as they have a huge amount of flavors and drink types. I really loved the full coffee flavor with just a hint of the sweetness in the syrups without that overly sweet or artificial taste. Stopped by twice during my visit! The iced lattes I had were delicious. use caution adding multiple flavors, your coffee will taste like syrup, ask for half of each flavor. The employees were excellent!
