Quaint setting in a outfitted log cabin feel! Decor was nice and lighting was good with all the lrg windows, We saw a few bears as well! Our server was atentive and answered any questions we had along with giving menu suggestions!
The food was great, fast service and staggered perfectly for our party. My fav dish was the snapper as it was cooked perfectly and the reduction was delecious.
Excellent meal, and service!
Waitress was knowledgeable, attentive, trained well or has had service modeled well to her.
Food was great, kitchen staff use too much pepper. Dessert menu lacking.
Hostess needs some training, it’s your first exposure. Genuineness and smiles are crucial. Sneakers don’t match the atmosphere of the experience.
The best dinner I’ve had in a long time! This place is truly amazing and I will 100% go back next time we are in town. Absolutely amazing and worth every penny spent!
Great staff, very knowledgeable waiter, food was quality as expected. Very quaint environment with comfort.
Everything was excellent food, drinks and our server is awesome . This is now our favorite place, just didnt like sitting beside a broom decor hanging beside me while eating. But definitely will comeback here if im in gatlinburg.
At one point in your life you need to experience this place!
Jesse did a wonderful job taking care of us. The food was amazing and I highly recommend this to couples celebrating a life event.
Unique dining experience. We had rack of lamb and seared duck. Both were great.
We made reservations and came here for our anniversary dinner, and I was so excited to finally try a beef Wellington. The atmosphere is pretty, the lighting is nice. The seating is horrible if you sit on the booth side with seats...sitting next to strangers so closely is horrible. Ashley, our server was very good at filling our waters.
The complimentary spoon bread was soggy and tasted like eggs.
We ordered an empanada for an appetizer, and it was okay, but not fresh at all.
My ceasar salad was delicious!
I ordered a beef Wellington, with fries and broccoli.
The fries tasted like they were cooked yesterday and nuked in the microwave, but still cold.
My broccoli tasted like vinegar, and it was cold.
The beef Wellington comes cut down the middle, it looked really pretty. I opened it up and completely raw in the middle and not even warm. It was cut, how did you send out a raw welly???
I let Ashley know about my food and she asked me if I wanted something else, and I said no thank you. She then said she would bring the chef, I said no thank you, I just don't want anything else at this point.
The manager and the chef came to the table, apologized and comped the entire meal. Ashley comes back and says would you like a dessert? I politely decline and she says it's on the house, can I get one to go for you? So, she lists all the desserts and I decided to get a creme brulee to go. Which I was planning to get but just ready to go. I get home and I kid you not..I have a blob of chocolate in a container LOL
I really wanted to enjoy some good food this evening, and they fell very, very short. I appreciate the comped meal for my fiance, but that wasn't necessary. We won't be back.
This is a very high end restaurant. The meat is amazing and worth every penny. It’s very gourmet. Pricey but worth it. We had a great time as a family. We had a private room for our family of 7. We had Wellington, filet and the kids had the hamburger and kids fillet. Food was delicious. Hannah our server was great. Never missed a beat. After dinner my husband took his wine and lit a cigar by the firepit. We had a great time. Highly recommend. Again it’s a high end restaurant so expect high quality food service and a big bill. Totally worth it.

Really trying to understand the hype here. Made reservations six weeks in advance. Restaurant's atmosphere is nice but seating is not great. Prepare yourself for the horrible cafe style seating where you get the joy of basically dining with a bunch of people you don't know because you are so close. Host was definitely not very friendly. Server was nice but not super aware to what was happening with our food. Took forever to get cocktails. Lots of inconsistency with food prep...steaks not cooked properly, sides that were underwhelming at best. We spent $250 on a meal for four and it wasn't anything that I would do again, nor recommend to anyone else. We won't be back.

It was not the same as previous years!! The "host" area looked like a teenager's "closet" with clothes hangers, our table was not ready and with a reservation made in advance, we waited and saw how the employees do not use trays to arrange the tables by putting their fingers everywhere!! !
The food was cold and before we finished the appetizers!! It was our first choice as a restaurant!!!!!

This restaurant is not what it was 3 years ago. We booked a table this holiday but the service from the reception was mediocre.
The food is not the same at all. Unfortunately.
The food arrived cold to the table.
Very charming & the food was outstanding! And the cocktails are hard to beat.
