Very sad. We asked not to sit in the bar and was told by the short manager that we would have to wait two hours. He was just ticked that we didn’t want to sit with two big parties in the bar.
There wasn’t anyone on the other side, he just was very very angry. Maybe high blood pressure? Typically a good experience, but he was so angry to be in charge.

The Peddler is our go to big meal when vacationing in the area. We could not get a reservation for our family party of eight this time, so we made a reservation at The Park Grill. Our dining experience was a solid 10. Our server, Terry, was fantastic, the Ribeyes and Filets were so tender and flavorful, and the salad bar was very nice. The dessert sampler was amazing and great for sharing...creme brule, chocolate mousse and blackberry cobbler! Our family loved the occasional picture show with the little bear climbing all around. It's going to be a very tough choice on our next visit which of the two restaurants to visit. Thank you for the best meal experience of our entire trip!

One of our favorite restaurants in Gatlinburg. We each ordered the pound NY Strip. It was juicy and cooked perfectly.
The salad bar had some incredible options, and the two blackberry drinks we had were great. The twisted fries were awesome and the onion rings were crispy.
The cherry on top was our waitress Katie. She was incredibly kind, she gave us so many recommendations for best places to visit and things to do, and she seemed excited to be helpful.
Management- if you read this, please give Katie a raise, some recognition, or both.

12.3.24 tried to dine in for lunch but when we arrived, there was a sign that they are closed for private party and to go to Peddler around the corner. No cars in either parking lot. Peddler doesn't open until 5p. Even looked at reservations for Peddler, nothing until 8.45. Thanks for wasting our time. No mention of being closed today on their website either.

I recently dined at Park Grill and was thoroughly impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service. The menu showcased a variety of innovative dishes, blending bold flavors and beautiful presentation. The attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured that our meal was a memorable one, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. I can’t recommend Park Grill enough for a fantastic dining experience.

Thanksgiving day evening, y reservations were made weeks before Arrived early asked if we could please be bumped up. Waited over an hour until our reservation time despite empty tables inside ., extremely hot inside waiting area . I’ve been here before several years for thanksgiving this years was worst so far . Extremely chaotic. Steaks had no flavor, not cooked properly I would not return however alreadywait 2hrs to eat. Best item here is salad bar . Period. 200$ dinner , not worth it at all. I appreciate the hard work of all employees working in the holiday , but management need to over haul food quality, and how running the business.

I ordered an espresso martini. I got an eye roll that they don't have espresso. So I ordered a jack and coke. The waitress came back, and set a drink in front of me "here is your jack and pepsi. I told her she could take it back because that's not what I ordered.
She got attitude with me for the entire dinner. She would go around the table at each course and remove everyone's plates but mine. Mine was the only water not refilled, for the entire dinner.
Not one employee noticed how many kids were touching the food on the salad bar. Gross.
My filet and baked potato were room temp.
For this crappy service and mediocre food, we received our bill with an 18$ gratuity added.
Skip the Park Grill. We would have had a better dinner at Shoneys.

Tuesday decision to dine out for Thanksgiving dinner today. Excellent decision. Prompt seating (at reservation time), cannot beat the atmosphere, fantastic service from Jackie, and food was delicious. Green beans with the dinner would be my only suggestion. Very happy with this spur of the moment change of plans.

The service was great, but most of us in our group had steaks and they were plain no seasoning at all on them. Not what I would expect for a restaurant like this. The rest of the food was good, but the steaks not so much.

Very disappointing meal. Steaks were very tough and had zero flavor. Honestly you could get better at a chain steak house for half the price. The waitress was spectacular so at least that wasn’t disappointing. So many great places to try in Gatlinburg I wouldn’t waste your time and money here.
