When was the last time you saw a really great salad bar? Well this place has one! The staff was absolutely outstanding. We were greeted and spoken to by everyone on shift. My husband and I each had soup and salad, the soup was delicious and hot and my husband made three trips to the salad bar. It is a little pricier than other restaurants on the strip but the atmosphere and service was much higher than expected. I definitely recommend The Park Grill.

A nice place for burgers & booze that's conveniently located on the Gatlinburg strip. Service was spot on and food was surprisingly good. We had a large group and each one had a different order but all our expectations were met. Their salad bar is a must try too!

Recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at The Park Grill. We started off with fried pickles and fried chicken skin. Both could’ve used a little more seasoning but still good. My husband had the New York strip, I had the filet. Both steaks were cooked to order and were delicious. We will definitely be back.

What an amazing place! We had made reservations requested to be a bit private since we just got married. They had a table all set for us when we arrived. Our service was top notch. All 8 of us loved our food not one complaint for any of us. I definitely recommend you will not be disappointed. Thank you ?

We were sat in Steven's section and to start he was put off that we and another table sat at the same time were even there. We put in our entire order after sitting with zero contact from him for about 8 minutes. We ordered a couple alcoholic beverages, water, an appetizer, requested bread and our meal at the same time. The alcohol came out in about 4-5 minutes but no water. I had to go up to the bartender to get water. Then after another 10 minutes ALL of the food came out at once and it was another server in an adjoining section that delivered it, we surmise he saw us just sitting there and felt bad. We ordered some fried trout and a filet. The trout came out cold. The appetizer came out at the same time as the food and it was also cold. We also had to ask for the rolls again once all of the food came out. To round out the evening it took our server about 15 minutes to get us the check and us to finally be free.I am sorry but for as much as things cost and this being a nice restaurant we would have rather had a corn dog on the Gatlinburg strip and been happier. I will not be recommending anyone go here and if they choose to avoid Steven.

Great service, well made drinks. Double burger was pretty good. Fried green tomatoes are consistently really good.Bloody mary was good, and their beer is always ice cold. A cold glass along with the beer was even better.New server was good, he was attentive and helpful.Somehow, managed to get the first bacon of the day, and it was burnt to a crisp.Vegetarian options: Salad barParking: Parking in front and around back. One of the the few places in Gatlinburg with a spot to park

We celebrated our 28th anniversary at the Park Grill, we have eaten there many times before when traveling through the area. Our server was Don, he was one of the best servers we have ever had, upon hearing it was our anniversary he produced a candle for a more romantic experience! Another memorable dinner at The Park Grill.
