Excellent selection of spices and teas, many rarely found in grocery stores with very courteous service!

So many wonderful smells here! I am still a novice when it comes to tea but they had so many options to choose from! Additionally, they have some unique honey and maple syrup options and the staff was knowledgeable, helpful and generous with providing information and delicious syrup samples.

Wow! We stopped in to the spice exchange on a whim and were blown away! The variety and quality of the spices was immense. We were allowed to smell from big jars of the spices, and we smelled half the shop! We must have been there for the better part of an hour. And the employees were wonderful. We helped by Laura and Debbie, they were personable, knowledgeable, and so kind. Willing to share recipes and recommendations. They went out of their way to provide above and beyond customer service. Laura specifically recommended some of her favorites (the Tuscan!) and truly made us feel welcomed. Whenever we come back to Gatlinburg, we will be sure to stop in and smell the spices.

The peppers overwhelms the store smells. It’s not their fault but I was expecting a mix of sweet and spice. That’s said they meet you smell your way into whichever spices you would like to gave your spice rack with.

We love, love, love coming here. The staff that work there are practically our friends. We loved visiting them year after year! The tea is delicious and so refreshing. The spices are flavorful. You can’t go wrong visiting here!

If you’re looking for great tea, and some finger lick-in’ spices, this is the place for you!

I got their herbal raspberry tea, brought it home and tried it with some local honey, YUMMY! Best by far!

Great selection of teas and the owner is super nice!

I'm only giving 3 stars for one reason: the terrible attitude of the employee. The teas and spices are amazing, but when you feel like you are an imposition in the place where you are spending money, that's a problem. First, I called to make sure that they would still be open by the time we got there. We traveled 45 minutes to get there, parked and fast walked to get there. We arrived at 7:25, only to discover a sign on the door that they would be back. She eventually did come back but she seemed irritated that anybody was in her store, which was unfortunate because together, the two of us spent almost $200. We will think twice about coming back with customer service so unpleasant. Maybe she needs to be retrained, just needs a new perspective or a new job.

Staff was so helpful. They were knowledgeable and answered our questionsI love all their teas. I pick up so many varieties everytime I am by these shops. We enjoy the experience everytime.
