What a great place to dine. We stop here every time we are in Tennessee. Great service and good selection of food on the menu. Everything we have tried has been excellent. Too full to eat dessert and the dessert case will make you want to take something to go. Can't wait to come back.

The food was Fine, not awesome. The service was good, not perfect. BUT!!!!!!! the visit was pretty bad. We went because they are dog friendly. We had to sit outside with our dog (This is normal). But it was a cold day. They had us seated under the outside roof that covers half the deck. There was one other table of two out there. It was 52 degrees. We are from the beach and were cold despite wearing hoodies and hats. We decided to move ourselves two tables over so as to sit in the sun. When they brought our food, the waiter realised we had moved. I motioned to him that we moved to be in the sun.
In the next moment we were being chastised by a man from two tables over. He did not introduce himself. He simply hollered at us from the other side of the empty table that was beside us. He started with "I'm sorry guys but I can't have you sitting out here, you're going to have to move back to your table over here." We thought he was joking at first. There were only two tables out there. I asked him if he was serious, and he said that he was. He said that "this section is obviously closed" and you can't be here. Mind you, there was nothing that indicated that the area we were sitting in was any different from where we moved from. We only moved 2 tables over and about 20'. Not only was in not OBVIOUSLY closed, it was not even obviously a different 'section'.
The whole thing was silly at best. But even if he HAD a good reason for asking us to move, he certainly did not reveal it, nor was he polite. Instead of coming to our table, introducing himself, and then proceeding to politely explain the issue, he decided to 'holler' at use from across the room. It's bad enough that he was insisting we sit in the colder area for not good reason, but his manners were non-existent.
I will not be back.

My favorite pizza in town
Anything other than pizza, incredibly overpriced, small mid portions, hardly average food, and canned and frozen everything!!

I have previously enjoyed patronizing this establishment due to my status as a local resident. However, the recent addition of a live vocalist has significantly impacted my experience. The volume of the live performance is excessive, and the vocalist's voice quality is subpar, which has detracted from my enjoyment of the venue. I typically prefer to indulge in music through the radio and spectate sporting events on the television during my visits. Regrettably, I have decided not to revisit this establishment in the future.

Great food with a variety of options. Great service! We were able to be seated almost immediately when we came. They were willing to accommodate a large group of 10, and put the children's orders in while the adults were still deciding.
Kid-friendliness: Has a children's menu. They were happy to put the children's food order in at the same time as the appetizers, so that it'd be ready sooner for them
Wheelchair accessibility: The front door is accessible via a ramp and the pathways we traveled inside were wide enough to easily manuver a wheelchair.

Excellent atmosphere, fast and friendly service, and the best deserts in town 😆
Also want to note that the owner herself was waiting on tables, and jumping in to help her servers! Very admirable! 10/10 recommend!

There hasn’t been a single time when I’m visiting Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge that I skip over Three Jimmy’s since I discovered this place. It is a must try, the food, the service, and the atmosphere are spot on. Do yourself a favor and go get some good eats here and enjoy some great drinks also! 10/10!!!
