A really great place for a home cooked meal, owners and staff are really friendly and on top of all. Food outstanding, chicken, and dumpling special today, like grandma made. Grilled chicken wrap is also great. Biscuits are amazing. I will go back and do breakfast soon.

We have been going to Trish’s for at least four years. Every time we go to Gatlinburg, we always go to Trisha’s. It’s just always good , always good service and a nice place to get a good meal and relax.

Wonderful food and great service. I think our waitresses name was Shirley and she was so sweet and attentive. Everyone loved their food. Biscuit and gravy was great. I got a breakfast bowl with eggs, hash browns, bacon, and ham and it was only $6!

Such a hidden gem. Service was as good as it gets. My child said that he liked everything which has never happened. Beef stew was the best I’ve ever had. Homemade pies. We will be visiting this place again and again.

The omelet and made- from -scratch biscuits with gravy were perfect. The omelet was loaded with mushrooms, onions and spinach. The server was friendly and efficient, the diner was clean. And the prices affordable.

My burger was pretty good, older son had chicken sandwich and it was fairly small. My wife had a great club sandwich they ended up sharing and our youngest son had 2 hotdogs that were cooked too crispy for him atleast. Wait staff was great though and made for a fun atmosphere.

My wife & I went to Trish's Mountain Diner on a Friday evening. It was not crowded at all and we had a table right away. For food, we ordered the Fried Green Tomatoes as an appetizer, she went with the Mushroom & Swiss Burger and I got the Open-faced Roast Beef Sandwich. The FGT's were hot and tasty. The server threw me off a little when she asked if we wanted ranch dressing or marinara sauce with them. Marinara? Hey whatever floats your boat, I suppose. Either way, those were quite good. My wife enjoyed her M&S burger and said it was cooked just right. My sandwich was decent, but not great. The gravy had okay flavor, but reminded me of school lunch gravy back in the day. The bread was supposed to be "Texas toast" but was really just toasted white bread. My wife's side of fries were good. I had two sides - mac & cheese and fried okra. The M&C was very good, as was the okra. Our server was a sweet lady who provided excellent service and there was another server, a young man, who I noticed was also great with his tables. Very friendly people! The atmosphere was relaxed, calm and the inside was brightly lit, creating a good ambience for casual hearty dining.If/when we are back in the area, Trish's Mountain Diner will one of our stops to eat again. 4.5 of 5 Stars!
