The food was good (not great), but the portions are inadequate when you consider what they’re charging. The sandwich I got was a bit disappointing due to the bread used. It tasted like they used loaf bread you’d get at the grocery store. I expected higher quality for a $13 sandwich.

Atrocious customer service, rude employees, mediocre food. I highly doubt I'll be back.

We had previously eaten carry out for dinner and found it quite good with several options so we decided to go for breakfast or brunch. Not so great. Fewer options. Meh service.

Food was overpriced for what we got. My wife got the California Sun and I got the Hen House. Both were dry despite claiming to have ranch on them and had zero flavor. We didn’t get any of their juices and thankful we didn’t as they only fill about 2/3 of a small cup up.Also, really need some tips on proper wear of gloves. The runner touched literally everything, to include drinks and food, with the same pair of gloves. Highly unsanitary.Overall, super disappointed. We will not return.

Breakfast is challenging in Memphis because every restaurant has their take on the same few items, but I was impressed with City Silo! The McSilo breakfast sandwich was intriguing. The flavor profile varied; a mild sweetness from the English Muffin bread with a savory middle. And for the picky eaters who may turn their nose to foreign cuisine, the Tempeh (which is essentially the protein) is like a bean patty.Nutrition Estimate:Protein: 32, Carbs: 38, Fat: 28, Fiber: 6

Vegetarian options: Wholesome, delicious food, mostly vegetarian with a few chicken options for the omnivores. Vegan cheeses, proteins, and sauces all available to go with the whole grains and vegetables. In house vegan burgers, bowls and wraps are all amazing. Only thing missing is a tofu scramble among the numerous breakfast options.Dietary restrictions: Great vegan options

Kale Caesar Salad. I was thinking it would have kale and romaine mix but no it's kale with Caesar dressing. Not bad but I would prefer the mix. The dressing is vegan and included pine nuts but I asked for it without. Açaí Bowl was great. The hippie scrambler not so good . I enjoyed the wellness elixir but would have preferred honey over maple syrup as a sweetener. Nice clean establishment that I would visit again.

Now, if you are looking for a healthy eating spot, this is the place to be. I do not remember exactly what I ordered, but I know that it was a bowl with quinoa. This place has a decent seating arrangements indoors. You would order your food first and then find a table, they do have a lot of local items sold in the store such as honey and snacks. the place can be a bit pricey, but you are paying for quality and not quantity. The customer service was pretty OK as well.

Love the juices! The tempeh taco is so delicious, comes with salsa verde sauce which is tasty also. This place has healthy meal options but very tasty. I appreciate that. Can't wait to try their other juices and smoothies. I had the red beet juice and I can never make it this yummy at home. Ordering online is easy and pick up is also quick and easy. Prices are really affordable! The tacos are less than $7 each. The toasts start at $5 for 1 slice. They have hearty bowls, sandwiches, etc. Lots of diff options and so many drink options also.
