Breakfast is challenging in Memphis because every restaurant has their take on the same few items, but I was impressed with City Silo! The McSilo breakfast sandwich was intriguing. The flavor profile varied; a mild sweetness from the English Muffin bread with a savory middle. Vegetarian options: Wholesome, delicious food, mostly vegetarian with a few chicken options for the omnivores. Vegan cheeses, proteins, and sauces all available to go with the whole grains and vegetables. In house vegan burgers, bowls and wraps are all amazing.
