“Breakfast is challenging in Memphis because every restaurant has their take on the same few items, but I was impressed with City Silo! The McSilo breakfast sandwich was intriguing. The flavor profile varied; a mild sweetness from the English Muffin bread with a savory middle. “First time coming here and really liked the concept behind it! They use a lot of nutritious supplements and pour straight from them so you know exactly what's in your drink. I got the H3O, Zinc, Vitamin C, and aloe in my drink and it still tasted delicious. The pecan shake was also super yummy and sweet even though it has 24 g of protein and under 12 g of carbs. It's a little pricey but understandable given the cost of supplements and protein powder. Super friendly staff and cute sit down options as well!“
