“This location was pretty decent. We ordered a kids' Angel smoothie (strawberry and banana) and a peanut butter chocolate smoothie- my current addiction at the moment. Both were consistent with our usual location back in Atlanta. Good stuff. I can never finish mine, even though I got the smallest one. Service was average. The store was clean... and super cold inside. No true complaints. 5 stars.“

“Tried this place for the first time this morning. I love love love the atmosphere. It is so fun and colorful. It feels like you’re at the beach or in California somewhere or somewhere tropical. My friend got an açai bowl and really enjoyed it. I had an oatmeal bowl and was slightly underwhelmed for the price. As you can see from the pictures, my oatmeal bowl was significantly smaller than her bowl. The oatmeal didn’t feel special. It just felt like it was microwaved and it took a long time. Don’t come at me for not getting their main product, but if you’re going to have oatmeal bowls on the menu, make them as good as your other bowls.“

“This Tropical smoothie location actually isn't all that bad the only 'one' discrepancy I had was about a smoothie that wasn't made at a high level of standard how it's normally made (not enough to stop going). It was a little rough at first trying to get them to remake another smoothie - but they did replace it. Although something has slightly changed about the level of sweetness in their smoothies 'half turbinado' appears to be almost no turbinado it lacks in sweetness quite a bit. However, I wonder if they would start considering using Blue Agave to sweetened their smoothies? The flavor of blue agave is sooooo much better than sugar a few swirls in each smoothie would provide a smooth silky texture with the right amount of sweetness and an unforgettable more enjoyable smoothie ☺️. Something they should strongly consider.“

My wife ordered their strawberry salad with chicken w/strawberry vinaigrette and she raved about how delicious it was. Best salad she has ever had. I went with the traditional angus burger with fries. It comes with a spicy mayo bacon jam bacon etc on a brioche bun that was soft and perfect for this absolutely amazing burger! It certainly moved into my top 5 burgers in Memphis. Cooked medium this sandwich exploded with flavor and was amazing. Even the fries fresh cut fried and seasoned were delicious. This place is great and can’t wait to go back for breakfast soon! Perch 74 well done!👏🏻“

“Excellent Service & Exceptional Calm Under Pressure I stopped in around 1 p.m. on a Sunday with my three kids (14, 11, and 5), and we had such a great experience. It was fairly quiet, and the service was *excellent* and incredibly fast. The one employee working behind the bar was cheerful, attentive, and multitasking in such a professional way—she took the next order in our family while finishing the previous drink, all with a smile. As we were finishing up our order of four items, another customer walked in. Right as the worker completed the last drink, my 5-year-old accidentally dropped her shake on the floor, spilling it everywhere. In the flurry of everything—my older kids trying to help clean it up with napkins, me feeling embarrassed and flustered—the employee remained completely calm and kind. She wasn’t annoyed or rattled at all, reassured us not to worry about the mess, and still managed to take care of the next customer with grace. I really appreciated her patience and calm energy, especially when *I* was the one feeling stressed. Drinks were great, service was fantastic, and we’ll definitely be back!“

The manager does not know how to talk to his customers. He should be grateful there are workers like those two girls that make me want to go back to this location.“
