“I first found Rockin’ Nutrition because they were open on the 4th of July, and I’m so glad I did! I’ve tried other places, but their teas are hands-down the best in town. I don’t live local and needed a gift card quickly for a birthday present. I messaged them after hours and got a quick, friendly response. Everyone I spoke with was so polite and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure the gift card arrived on time. I’ll be stopping by Rockin’ Nutrition every time I’m in town!“
“The best boba tea store in Memphis, by far! This is my go to spot. Not just because it's close to my house but it's the best and affordable. I like the atmosphere of this place. It's sooo cute! I even like the bags and the plastic cups the give at this place they have so much detail. The drinks here are good. My favorite is the Taro Ube smoothie because I can't find it anywhere else. The boba here is also excellent. This is also my sister's favorite spot too. Not to mention me and my gf go here a lot. When my cousin from out of state was looking for boba on New Year's Eve we came here because it was opened. That's great customer service! And my cousin loved the boba. This place makes me want to come back all the time because of its proximity, deliciousness, quality, and price.“

“My daughter has an allergy and she wanted a smoothie bowl that base had strawberries. Instead of just saying “oh well too bad” the team went through multiple recipes and created the bowl she wanted in a way she could enjoy. They also took her allergy very seriously. It matters so much to us because we have been places that didn’t and she got really sick. So thanks to this store and their amazing team!“

“I tried the new Vegan Pineapple Spinach Smoothie. It’s the newest Vegan Smoothie. I was very surprised with the taste. It also has the fewest calories. It was very fresh & quite refreshing! The staff @ this location is always very nice & helpful. The store always appears & smells very clean. I’d highly recommend!!“

“Tried this place for the first time this morning. I love love love the atmosphere. It is so fun and colorful. It feels like you’re at the beach or in California somewhere or somewhere tropical. My friend got an açai bowl and really enjoyed it. I had an oatmeal bowl and was slightly underwhelmed for the price. As you can see from the pictures, my oatmeal bowl was significantly smaller than her bowl. The oatmeal didn’t feel special. It just felt like it was microwaved and it took a long time. Don’t come at me for not getting their main product, but if you’re going to have oatmeal bowls on the menu, make them as good as your other bowls.“

“I absolutely love 7 Brew Bartlett. Everyone is so friendly and they are super efficient even when they have a long line. I stop in at least twice a week on my way to work. I do not have one bad thing to say about this location. Brenna, Layla, and Hope are absolutely phenomenal!
Allison, Hadley, and Karis are top tier. If I am ever in a bad mood, I just need to go to 7 brew because the personalities and friendliness of these “kids” will cheer you up! Hayden, Emma, and Leah are so professional and respectful.
Bc everyone is always so happy, it can’t do anything, but make you happy. The atmosphere at this location rubs off on you and thank goodness because it’s a great one.“
