I just don't get it. I like the food but the service is lacking somewhat. Each time we dine in, we order salads and hold off for awhile to order pizza so we hopefully get the salads and time to eat those before the pizza but still the pizza comes out first and we have to ask about the salads. This even waiting 20 minutes to order the pizza. Carry out is just as bad you pickup the order the pizza is ready but have to wait several minutes to get the salads. please do better
Thanks to the Germantown location for continually making me wait 30+ minutes past my pickup time and then having the audacity to service some burnt mess inside a pizza box. The lovely attitudes of all the workers was the icing on the cake.
Me and my uncle went to the Collierville TN location.It was fantastic!Our waitress Mona and the kitchen staff were awesome!
