Duck Donuts provides an amazing experience with donuts made fresh to order, literally cooked after being ordered and served warm out of the fryer. Customers describe the donuts as out of this world, amazing, something special, and the best ever, with specific favorites including the pancake donut, the bacon donut feast, the strawberry confetti donut, and the bacon egg and cheese donut with maple glaze. The ice cream donut sandwich with Oreo crumbs is also noted for having the perfect amount of ice cream. Beyond donuts, the breakfast sandwiches are very yummy and there is plenty of really good coffee and lemonade refreshers. Service is consistently described as fantastic, with friendly, nice, and happily willing staff who provide great customer service and attitudes, sometimes even offering a free donut to first-time visitors.
