I usually have a wonderful experience here, but I was kind of upset with my experience today. My mother and I made plans to get lattes after she got off work. With the new hours, they close at 5, and she gets off work at 4:30, so we rushed over; we knew we were cutting it kind of close, but we still got there about 15 minutes before close. When we tried to order our lattes, the girl at the drive-thru told us that “they were about to close” and “stopped making espresso beverages”....read full review
I don’t know how you justify a 100% price increase overnight on their ice tea, but it happened this week. New manager-bad decision.
