My boyfriend took me here on a Saturday night & it was nice. it's got some nice opinions & you can customize it yourself, the person working there was nice & polite.

The Place smells really bad, this time We decided to come in first thing in the morning to avoid bad smell, still, It smells really bad, been in it 3 times in the past and every time it smells bad, they tried to double charge me ($75 for 4 servings) when I complained it smells really bad when you don’t make no no sound yesand re rung, it came out to $35
The place is horrible. I’ll never be back.

Gracie Bleu frozen yogurt has lots of flavors to choose from, they have non fat versions too. I tried and liked the strawberry and birthday cake flavors.

This place feels really welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and one of my favorite spots to stop by when I’m craving something light and sweet.

Recently, the toppings have been very unsanitary. I often see like they have the chocolate next to the gummy bears & I am allergic to something in chocolate & the gummy bears had the chocolate stuff all over them. Just very unsanitary, you can tell they’re not making sure they clean properly.

Gracie bleu is a staple in our home! We go weekly and are always very happy with the flavors, toppings, and service. Sai is the best, we always love chatting with him!

Terrible smell in the shop. Asked about it and did not get a clear answer. Will report to the health department to make sure it’s safe for kids.

We used to love Gracie Bleu but I don’t think we’ll be back after today. Several bugs were present in/around the toppings, even one sitting in the spoon for the cherries. The worker tried to swat them away but they clearly have a gnat issue.

!!Ts is so nasty it stink the employees were late all the frozen yogurt is bad the toppings have bugs on them it's so gross even the dippen dots are bad like how do u mess that up they have fake labubus (lafufu) it's horrible the employee is so rude. I hate this place the food makes u want to vomit and feel sick I'm NEVER coming back!!

Great customer service, great shaved ice, nice ambiance

Take the stupid gratuity off the credit card machine. It's yogurt not lobster tails. Big turn off especially when the person checking out does absolutely minimal but push 2 buttons.
