If you are ever in the Germantown tn area. Do Not Go Here!! This place is terrible. First off the Indian guy to me looked liked his first day on the job. Me and the Mrs. asked for smoothies a strawberry smoothie and a triple berry one. He asked did she want bananas in it? There was no banana in the smoothie ingredient at all. Why asked that? Took him over 20 minutes for to make them. He came out with water down smoothies. Not thickness at all. Just basically berry waters in cups and straws
Absolutely disgusting no taste but pure water with some nasty foam on top. Never again. Waste of time and money for both of us.

The cleaning of the establishment was very poor. The nozzles need to be cleaned more. The seats and tables had several spills. It was hard to find a clean place to sit- not sure if they are understaffed. There was only one staff member at the cash register. A high school student keeping things wiped down would be useful. I know a lot of those students work for the local places around the area.
Also a lot of the toppings were mixed up.
The man behind the cash register was kind.

The Place smells really bad, this time We decided to come in first thing in the morning to avoid bad smell, still, It smells really bad, been in it 3 times in the past and every time it smells bad, they tried to double charge me ($75 for 4 servings) when I complained it smells really bad when you don’t make no no sound yesand re rung, it came out to $35
The place is horrible. I’ll never be back.
