The catered lunch (box lunch) is supposed to come with a pickle spear. It is written on the promotional material and description of the catering box that a pickle spear comes with each box. Every time I order from this JJ, it should come with a pickle, yet it is hit or miss if I get a pickle spear. More times than not, the pickle is left out of the box. First, the food and service were excellent. No complaints.
However, the manager/supervisor must not be aware how well her voice carries. Yesterday, she audibly disciplined an employee by saying, "OK, (employee's name), whatever you've got going on, get it together." At a previous visit months earlier, the same manager sternly told an employee to get to the cash register "right now" to serve a customer.
