I really liked it when it first opened. I was disappointed with my chicken biscuit with eggs and cheese. The chicken was cold, the slice of cheese was cold, and some sort of sauce was added in it that I didn't ask to have . It definitely is not worth $12 at all. Wasn't bad but just disappointed. Their blueberry biscuit is really good though.

I stand corrected on my review below, the egg was not in the description, however the chicken was and you have to pay extra for it to be included and I don't understand that if it is listed in the description.. Each time I've ordered (3), it's been from UE. The first time I got the chicken and grits bowl...the description tells everything that's supposed to be in the bowl including eggs and chicken but it seems you have to add the eggs and chicken at an additional price, so basically grits cheese and bacon bits, which wasn't added is around $14+/- with add-ons that's listed as part of the description an extra $7-$8... 🙄 The next order, I was able to finesse my way around the menu to get something close to the previous bowl at about the same price point but wayyyyy more food. I wasn't able to eat it all and found out the food doesn't have a good replay value... it's not gonna even be worth it to eat later on. The 3rd time I ordered a biscuit sandwich, they are huge and cheesy tater tots that were burnt! And, there was no way to request condiments so I had to search around the house for jelly. One time I did get the blueberry muffin and it's good. Overall, , the food is decent enough, but don't just give anything (burnt food) or omit (bacon pieces) items because it's an UE order. And, better pricing and description of what you're getting at a particular price point is needed.

Rise used to be really great. It can be hit or miss these days. Today we ordered chicken boxes our usual and the new boxes were horrible. The box had so much moisture that it causes my chicken and fries to be extremely wet! I was unable to finish the meal. Very disappointed. Please bring the old boxes back.

I have nothing but good things to say about Rise. They have many options to choose from. There blueberry chicken biscuit and jumbo cheddar tots are to die for! Sooooo frigging good! The wait time varies depending on how busy they are; however, I assure you it's worth waiting for. The service is always nice and pleasant. They're also cashless which is a plus for people who prefers to not carry cash.

I frequent Rise Southern Biscuits & Righteous Chicken at Saddle Creek Germantown regularly. Their food choices are varied and prepared to perfection every time. The staff is amazingly helpful. Their online order system for pickup works beautifully.

Extremely disappointed. The Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich was comparable to a dried out Chick-fil-A spicy chicken sandwich. The blueberry biscuit was cold and lackluster. Everything felt factory-produced and the atmosphere inside was impersonal with the self-serve kiosks being the only options to order. If you're just looking for breakfast food in the general area, there are much better options nearby.

The sausage egg & cheese biscuits are consistently great and the glazed blueberry biscuit is the perfect mixture of a donut and blueberry muffin. The service has been fast and friendly every time I go in. Overall great place for a quick breakfast meal that’s leagues better than your typical fast food.
