After reading some of the reviews on here, we were a bit hesitant to visit, but I am so glad we did! We were visiting town for 1 night for a work trip and decided to stop here for breakfast. The food was very tasty, the prices were reasonable, and the service was friendly. Quality food, and we will be back if we are ever in town again!

Great unique spin on classics… from your pickiest eater to most adventurous… everyone will leave happy! It’s what I think of as southern food as you would find in New Orleans or Savannah.

Meh. This place is the restaurant equivalent of a Sumo orange. It tastes unremarkable and is very overpriced. It is a very nice place. Perhaps, it was my ineptitude at ordering for the first time there. But, once I opened my bag and laid out 2 biscuits and 3 doughnuts that I had paid $26 for, I felt sincerely letdown. And there was no real receipt to check it by to tell if what I got was correct from checkout! The biscuits were unremarkable. They reminded me of some that you can buy in a bag in the frozen food section. One biscuit simply had a breaded piece of chicken. I honestly thought that there was supposed to be more to it. As I said, totally could have been my ineptitude! The second biscuit had chicken, two tomato slices, some guacamole and a tasty sauce. But, it was not anything that I could not have made myself. I have tried a maple bacon doughnut so far. It is okay. The other two doughnuts are glazed and sprinkled so not huge flavor surprises. The self order kiosk is a novelty. BUT, it is a detriment if you have not been there before. The lady that was in front of me did not know about the self order. The young lady at the counter was busy helping a gentleman with his order when the lady asked about ordering. And the young lady gave a relatively curt response. The customer didn't seem to understand. So I gently pointed out that it was self order. She left. Please don't be ugly to customers just because they are unfamiliar with your setup.. it was pretty clear that was the situation. Yet, the employee chose to be passive aggressive...Honestly, after that I wasn't asking about a damn thing.. I just felt rushed. There was a line behind me. But, I thought that it was relatively self explanatory...but then I ended up with the one very very plain but very expensive biscuit. If you need to show everyone that you really like to over pay for simple food, haul yourself in there. I don't see myself going back.

Love the atmosphere. The self-service ordering process went smoothly, and the wait wasn't long at all. The grits were cool, and the chicken was fried a little too crispy but well seasoned. Overall, it was ok.

Atmosphere: 10/10The place was small and limited seating indoors, but plenty outside. It's mainly meant to be a grab-n-go joint. However, despite its small size it was nice instead and super clean.Food Quality: 10/10I got the righteous chicken biscuit and the chicken and grits box. They were both absolutely delicious! The wife got the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and loved it as well.Service: 10/10It's mostly self service, but the staff was asking if we needed anything and were pretty friendly.Overall if you are looking for a quick breakfast this is a good choice. We loved the food and had a good experience. We will definitely be going back.

Establishment was clean.Food was good, except for the coffee. Coffee tasted extremely burnt.Yes, I complained/informed about the coffee, and I'm definitely someone who doesn't complain much about food. I just couldnt even finish more than 1/4 of the $3.20+ coffee that was paid for. I even added more creamer and sugar in it, but the drink could not be saved ? worst coffee, alongside Burger King coffee, I've ever tasted. To resolve, i asked for a fountain drink instead. My request was honored-- thank the heavens. No one wants to start their day off with an unsatisfactory breakfast.Service was immediate, understanding, and professional.

Great menu variety for breakfast! We have never been to RISE so we didn't know what to expect. We did assume there would be more indoor seating. Maybe 10 stools facing a wall instead of facing outside. But I think RISE is intended to just be grab n go..except for warm weather to sit outside. We will be back for the good food. I enjoyed the Guacamole eggs sandwich and blueberry muffin.

I enjoyed the bacon egg biscuit and a side of bacon. I ordered the side because usually places do not put enough bacon on the sandwich to know you ordered a meat. This was not the case . My sandwich had nice slices of bacon and I could have skipped the side order. The only reason it's not 5 stars is due to price value. Very over priced. I'd still try it again and hopefully get a great sandwich!

Overpriced. They have the audacity to ask for tips even customers have to do self check out. I raised a concern to the manager, he just walked passed and ignored me without even eye contact or acknowledgment of any sort. Food is way overpriced, service is utterly unprofessional. Save yourself some time, money, and stress by not going there.

My first visit and I was so disappointed. The overpowering of garlic immediately hit my nose when I opened my sandwich. I ordered the hot honey chicken biscuit. Chicken was not fresh. Biscuit was much bigger than the chicken. The hot honey was tasteless. The tater tots were cold and old. I wanted to like this food so bad but unfortunately it was a huge fail.

As a truck driver, I'm always happy to stop and try different things, so when I saw this place this morning, I had to stop. I am so happy I did. Thank you, Mrs. Summer for the great hospitality and the food was delicious!!!! Next time I'm in Memphis, I'll definitely be stopping there.
