I read the reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect. I actually had a great experience here. I ordered a cold brew among other things and when I tasted it, something was off. I let the staff know and they promptly made me a new drink at no charge before they even tasted the cold brew themselves. They didn’t question me at all.
