Urban Fusion Asian Bistro

We had high hopes for this restaurant, man were we disappointed. The rolls were good but that’s where it stops. The waitress was one of the worst I ever had, never return to table to check on anything. I didn’t even receive the appetizer I ordered then it had the never to be on bill. I told her I never received it she said oh well I guess you didn’t. In my opinion the service is a big part of the enjoyment of a meal. Do better!!!

The food here is delicious. Never off beat and the service is fast and efficient. I've been 3 times now and it has become my go-to for a nice, budget friendly outing.

Expansive menu with great service! I was pleased with the portion size and spice level of my yellow curry. I also enjoyed the clear soup. I look forward to returning and trying the sushi next time.

Food was really good but service was bad. The server didn’t greet us just asked for our drink orders. Then she came back and was really rude when we had questions about the menu. Our vegetarian friend asked if she could replace chicken for tofu on her order but the server cut her off and said it would be an “upgrade.” She kept giving us bombastic side eyes. Keep in mind that we were quiet and respectful just like everyone else there but I think because we are teenagers she thought we wouldn’t tip so she treated us differently. Safe to say we didn’t end up tipping…

The lady with the non-cunty bob that heavily needed a retouch on her roots had the WORST attitude. Every time me and my friends talked, she would give us the nastiest side eye. She would rudely tell my friend, that was vegetarian, that she couldn't remove the tofu. Next time, retouch your roots and get rid of that karen haircut before talking to customers so rudely. I normally tip at least 20% but I just couldn't this time for their service.

Ordered vegetable fried rice, I would not recommend getting fried rice here, no taste, bland, no flavor, no seasoning, just white rice, with egg & vegetables. Doesn't look like FRIED RICE at all. I definitely will not return especially due to rude customer service 😒

First thing I noticed was how clean this restaurant is. I ordered the Hibachi chicken dinner. It was amazingly delicious! I’m a small person, but I literally had the hugest plate and shocked myself that I finished it all. It was just too good. I kept eating! The salad was a typical small salad, and the ginger dressing made it delicious. The only thing I didn’t like were the miso soup and the clear soup. I ordered one and didn’t like it and asked for the other one which they promptly provided. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the other one either. Other than that, everything was delicious and service was great. There’s plenty of parking since it’s in a shopping center. I am definitely returning.

Sushi was good. Curry with udon noodles was also good. Clean, friendly service. Cheerful and well appointed atmosphere. It's kinda fun to watch the fish tank with WAY too many cichlids in it. "Welcome to the Thunder Dome!" We will go again, for sure.
