The is by far the best (maybe the only) place to get a proper salad in the Memphis/Germantown area. Always good food and nearly more than a grown man can eat -- easily a meal. Fresh veggies and fresh protein. Fantastic staff. One of my favorite places to go for delicious, healthy and filling food. I hear their sandwiches and other stuff is great too -- I just have never made it past their salads because they are to good.

I have visited Wild Beet on a regular basis for several years. I always get the same order. The cobb salad. It has several different ingredients/components and every time the produce is consistently ripe clean and fresh! The customer service is fantastic and they prices are fair.
