Walking in, I could clearly smell the herbs in the marinara sauce, while watching them hand tossing pizza crusts. The pizza crust is thinner, perfectly fired, and very tasty. Do not forget to ask for a side of ranch or marinara for your pizza. The ranch is possibly the best we've ever had with pizza. The server Michelle was one of the best we've ever had. Stopped by here while on a trip as I try not to eat at chain restaurants. Can't give them enough stars!! Pizza dough is cold fermented for 3 days and has a great taste and perfect crisp while still having a tender chew. Cooked in a wood fired brick oven with quality ingredients makes this so much better than any chain pizza. We had a pepperoni and a prosciutto arugula.
