I wish I could give it zero stars, $35.00 for 2 sandwiches,onion rings and garlic bread. Sandwiches:Italian sausage and beef sausage was dark in color tasted like dirt my Italian beef with peppers was horrible,bellpeppers had soaked in water so long they were bitter.garlic bread wasn't even toasted just put butter on bread and slapped together. Was really disappointed.

Our first visit. Tried to order mayonnaise on my sandwich and I thought the mean woman taking the order was going to explode. This made her angry. I am paying for it and eating it so it’s none of her business how I want my sandwich. Not only me did she jump she did this to another customer who sat down and asked for mayonnaise. She got the same snappy look like she was going to explode. When she brought it back she told the gentlemen to next time order mayonnaise when you place your order because there is a charge for a pack of mayo. What is her problem with mayonnaise????? Someone really needs to calm her down.The food was amazingly delicious!!!

I've been eating here for a while now. The staff is friendly and considerate. The atmosphere is great. And the food is amazing. I've eaten almost everything on the menu and enjoy it all. I didn't know much about Chicago cuisine, but now I'm regularly savoring classics like Italian Beef sandwiches (or sammiches as they call them), Chicago hotdogs, and the occasional cannoli. I highly recommend Staleys to local Chicagoans and native Tennesseans alike. Bon apetit!Parking: Even during busy times I've never had trouble finding a parking space.

Wish I could give 10 stars. They're not lying when they say a taste of Chicago. I know I'm going to eat good when I visit family in Chicago and the Italian beef sandwich satisfied every craving and it was HUGE! Definitely will be back!

Anyone in or around Goodlettesville needs to try out Staley's!I was looking for something different to eat for dinner tonight, and I'm so glad I picked this place. I don't know anything about Chicago food, but I know that this food was DELICIOUS. The people inside are SO nice. I HIGHLY recommend. I got a good value for my dollar and I'm not disappointed in the food I ordered.My order- meatball sammich on garlic bread, sub mild peppers and beefy fries! Plus the food is as good as the photos look. Definitely coming back!
Great food, great people & great atmosphere! Traveling for work in the area and decided to give this amazing place a try. Food was nothing short of amazing. Customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced. Really good folks here. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

Being from Chicago but living in the south, this is the real deal! If I am taking a trip from Alabama up north I am stopping here if the schedule is conducive! Boy the people putting negative reviews on here for what they are saying are so critical for the littlest thing like a rude cashier or they lock the door early or I found a hair in my food..... Do you know what life happens ! Be happy that a former Chicagoan opened a restaurant and risked capital to open a business and have this in the Nashville area! Every time I have been here it's been great! I've had the Italian beef , the sausage sandwich is amazing , the hot dogs are portillo's worthy, they have great beef and sausage sandwich kits you can take home for making later. Keep up the Great work!

Get the Italian beef if you're hungry!!! You can't go wrong with what you order, tho. The bratwurst is amazing, the chili cheese fries are hands down the best ever! The service is always top notch and you'll leave already planning your next trip back!

Today I stopped to test the Chicago dog because the first one I had I was in Chicago IL, and I was not impressed.This place, Staleys Chicago Italian dining, their Chicago Dog was delicious and the Italian Beef outstanding. But, let me tell you of the wonderful people there, the openness, friendliness, helpfulness, and the smiles from all of them melts your heart. Great food and great people is rare these days. Please stay as you are, to come to get good food is one thing but for friendly people is a plus.You will see us often.Al & Nan
