Good food great atmosphere friendly staff
This is a fantastic restaurant. Hot and cold menu. And in house baked bread. Butter rolls are my favorite. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Great quality of food and good service
We live south of Nashville and very rarely travel north of town. If you’re familiar with Nashville traffic, you get it. It has been many years since I have eaten at Chef’s Market. I always remember being impressed whenever I dined there. A friend & I did some shopping in the area and visited Chef’s Market for lunch. The food was so, so good I’m actually mad at myself for not being willing to battle traffic for them more often. I had a delicious grilled salmon salad with rosemary potatoes, & green beans on a bed of spinach. The fruit tea was fantastic. My friend had a Mediterranean salad & she was blown away. Keep up the great work Chef’s Market!! Y’all always deliver!! Side note: every staff member went above & beyond to make us feel welcome.
Great food! The meatloaf is really good and so is the hot chicken salad.

Chef's Market is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is consistently good, and the portions are generous.
I have patronized this restaurant for more than 15 years off and on. When I worked with a state agency years ago, we’d sometimes have meetings and dinner here. Tonight the two front desk workers saw me come in the door but instead turned to each other and became engaged with each other off to the side.. backs turned to me and wouldn’t acknowledge me… I am a black senior and definitely spoke up to gain their attention. This was intentional and it makes me angry but sad for who they are obviously.
Incredibly friendly staff, and possibly the best meatloaf I've ever had. Absolutely recommend for any occasion.
10/10 if you are a tourist this is definitely a place to try for sure. Southern fresh cuisine with also a store feel. Enjoyed my solo dinner went around lunch time everything was fresh
