Lied to. Been waiting on a pizza for two hrs that was never ordered. Manager hung up on me when I called to complain and refused to give any customer support number or name.

I’d like to thank you for saving me some money at your location tonight.. Sat in the parking for 24 mins then just to go in and see it hasn’t even been made yet. Well, enjoy the free pizza and wasted food cost. Step up your game time is money… Jets is probably the better way go for this area.

Beyond rude don't get dominos here.We were suppose to be offered credit due to them giving us a cold pizza that wasn't even 10 minutes away from home. We've tried calling twice in one night and only been met with rude responses and no patience so screw it.If you can't handle or understand customer service requires you just leaving your emotions in check maybe don't work there.

We live 3 miles down the road from this restaurant and have had pizza delivered before and tonight they have decided that they aren't going to. After letting us pay for our pizzas. Then called us and said, "My co-worker is slow! We won't be delivering your pizza because your not in our zone"! Which that was supposed to be fixed 5 deliveries ago. Then hung up on us. It was the driver that called us and said this. We have a child with mental disabilities so you can understand why this struck a nerve. People anywhere at anytime can be so rude. Just shouldn't be the guy you call and pay for pizza!

Someone must of canceled their order and they decided to give me it instead of making one because it doesn't take me long to pick up food here.By the time I got back home it was refrigerator cold.No label either so I can't check the order number. No issues with dominos really till I came here, won't be doing it again.

Unjust and Oppressive Hiring Practice: This place didn't hire me, for delivery driver, because I have a weed felony over 8 years ago. Completely inappropriate reason to deny a person employment.I recently applied here, hopeful to contribute my skills and experience to their workforce. However, my application was rejected solely due to a nonviolent marijuana felony from eight years ago. This discriminatory hiring practice not only affects individuals seeking redemption but also harms the overall workforce in several ways.Firstly, rejecting nonviolent felons perpetuates a cycle of exclusion and limits their opportunities for rehabilitation. By denying employment based on past mistakes, companies hinder the ability of individuals to reintegrate into society and become productive contributors. This not only affects the person involved but also their families and communities.Secondly, dismissing nonviolent felons disregards the principle of fairness and proportionality in the justice system. The purpose of the legal system is not only punishment but also rehabilitation. Once individuals have served their sentences and demonstrated commitment to positive change, they should not face perpetual punishment in the job market. Moreover, refusing to hire nonviolent felons ignores the potential for valuable contributions they can make to the workforce. Many individuals with criminal records have acquired unique skills and perspectives during their experiences, making them resilient and resourceful employees. Excluding this pool of talent diminishes diversity and innovation within a company. In conclusion, the practice of rejecting nonviolent felons, such as those with past marijuana convictions, is not only unjust but also detrimental to the workforce. Embracing a more inclusive hiring approach allows for the redemption and rehabilitation of individuals, fostering a healthier and more diverse work environment.I look forward to a future when Domino's pizza adopts a hiring practice that fosters fairness and inclusivity. Unfortunately they're not doing either in 2023.

I purchased a large pizza from them Oct 16th. It was awful—tasted like vomit. I brought it back the next day. The guy working asked if I would like a refund. I said “ sure thanks” as I handed him the full large pizza back. He clearly pretended to use the computer for 5 minutes and said “The refund would be back on your card.” The female coworker didn’t approve of his pretend refund but didn’t say anything. I said thanks and left knowing full well it was a fake refund. A week later no refund showed up of course. Kids will be kids I suppose. Not sure why the pizza tasted so bad but I’m just never stepping foot in this place again. I’m scared to eat this nonsense.

Exactly what you expect from dominos. The pizza was good but delivery took quite a while. Polite staff and pizza was hot when delivered. Apparently they were short a driver that night so hopefully it'll be quicker next time.

The lady was rude af, made absolutely no effort for a sense of urgency and no good customer service at all. Just because you work the night by yourself does not mean all sense of hospitality goes out the window. Can't give less than one star, ive had way better service from other people working the nights by themselves, no excuses as to boxing parm bites took almost 10 minutes. Plus she didn't even get the order correct. I've worked in dominos and it's so simple compared to my current job, pathetic.

This was such a disappointment. It was way overcooked and should've never been served to a paying customer. A real shame. Domino's is normally good pizza. Maybe it's the location and the people running it. They are running it into the ground for sure. I would not consider Domino's in Goodlettsville on my next visit.

Placed my order. 15 mins later I'm told they have no delivery drivers and I either come in or cancel. Sounds like theyre struggling to have enough personnel to do their job.Canceled the order and went with Papa John's which ironically was $7 cheaper for the same order.

Ordered 2 pizza's I was told 33 to 45 minutes! 1 hour later I called to see where my order was, and was told they only had 1 driver ! I could wait for 5 deliveries before me, or I could come get the pizza myself! Why couldn't management have called and told me this sooner? 2nd time in a month they were late! Good bye Dominos not again!
