I picked up a complete ham & turkey meal on Wednesday before Thanksgiving at this store and it was complete CHAOS. People were trying to get walk-in orders and there were none available. People with prepaid orders were not getting their orders (no receipt) and they were NOT HAPPY. I had my receipt but did not have a bar code and they claimed to need one (I was NOT HAPPY). Stores in Nashville unable to fill their prepaid orders were sending people to this store for pickup...

In the past, I have only gone for ham and sides. which are always great. This time, I also purchased some of the Hawaiian sweet sliders, which were so good I wanted to turn around and go back for more!

Mixed review because I am EXTREMELY displeased with the downtown location- they sold out ham that we had preordered and prepaid! Then we were told they were out of everything else?this was the night before Thanksgiving. A few phone calls later and we headed for Goodlettsville location, where we were taken care of above and beyond our expectations- many thanks to this corporate store!!!
