Mixed review because I am EXTREMELY displeased with the downtown location- they sold out ham that we had preordered and prepaid! Then we were told they were out of everything else?this was the night before Thanksgiving. A few phone calls later and we headed for Goodlettsville location, where we were taken care of above and beyond our expectations- many thanks to this corporate store!!!

Order catering our spot was messed up. Let us have our meeting in their lobby. Away from regular lunch customers. great service great food. I still order my catering regularly from this HoneyBaked ham. The best one in Nashville. they will deliver wherever I am having a business lunch. Just the darn best. if you have not order catering from them. Call them you will not be sorry.

Called the evening before and was told to be there at 8am.I was the first one there (7:45 am). There were two a frame signs-one for preorders and the other for walk ins.When the door opened, the staff had not yet set up the stantions, so I asked where I needed to go.The reply was immediate and loud, “I have no idea!”The tall lady with the TSU polo took good care of me.Thank you.
